Need to update the hours on the google! Google says they’re open 10-3 but the sign on the door says they are closed.

Website states they are open on Sundays. We drove 45 minutes and they were closed. PUT THIS INFO ON THE WEBSITE!

Stopped here to drop off a package, was told the packaging was too small (it was the size of an envelope) they shipped it for me but I didn't appreciate how I was told. Secondly they have hours listed in Google that they are open Sundays and they are not, they also just keep their open sign up in the window to add to it all.

Workers are extremely friendly, but I don't recommend taking your Amazon returns here. Been over 5 days and my return still hasn't been shipped back. (Normally shipped the next day at my local hub)

I had forgotten a piece of a table when I had taken it to my brother and wanted to ship it to him in NC rather than wait until he drove up here the next time. It’s a wooden stand, 36x21x22. Lady told me it would cost $400 to ship it. I told her I buy things online that come in bigger boxes all the time that the shipping only costs $50-70 if that and she huffed at me that those are multibillion dollar companies and that I can’t possibly expect to get the same rate as them. Screw UPS.

Staff were unable to complete my shipment to Canada. Both younger staff very professional and friendly. One called the owner and when the call was done I was told the owner would come in and complete the transaction and email my receipt. I paid and left. Never got the emailed receipt and had to call and leave a VM asking why I did not get my receipt. The email came within the hour. Owner should follow through with their obligation. On a side note, store is very dirty and cluttered.
