This is the worst mailman in the postal office of Palmyra he is tall with blonde hair looks likes he’s 34 yrs, he says he’s been working there for 10 yrs and I don’t have clue how he manage to be there that long. He have no customer service he was on the phone and didn’t pay attention to our mailing and to us, he is irresponsible didn’t gave us the recipe of the transaction even when we ask for it he only told us that’s all, didn’t have work ethic he was arguing and says that he didn’t care what happened with our mail because he wasn’t in the other post office where we sent it. Bad image for this postal office. The other mailman that have attended us before this day it’s the best one so far, he is tall and of color to bad I don’t know he’s name. But this tall white mailman the worst one to be working for a federal office.

Poorest customer service ever. They over speak you. Be careful when placing a forward address, because they don't pay attention to that, an you will lose mail/packages , or they get return to sender. What's the point of placing a forward address if they don't use it!

The young male tall postal worker is kind, friendly and very good at his job. He's quick, accurate and helpful. You can drop off parcels that are prepaid 24h a day in a secure drawer inside. Parking is usually very good with a long ramp for handicapped people but no electric door. Post master is always available and will do his best to handle any problem you need looked into. I'm glad to have such a Great Post Office in Palmyra. Thank you postal employees that work out of this office.

Going on a month now our community mailbox has been left wide open. Everyone's mail and packages all wide open to anyone. I called and talked to someone at the office and they said they would take a look at it and get it fixed but that was a week ago. This is a major violation of postal security. I guess I need to contact the postal agency inspector about this.

Brian Shertzer has been a wonderful mail carrier. So friendly and helpful. I’ve also found the staff at the PO in Palmyra to be the same. Great jobs all!

We have the best mailman in Brian Shertzer. He goes above and beyond to deliver our mail. Our dog loves him, now that it is winter she goes nuts when he drives up, wanting to greet Brian in person.

My neighborhood in palmyra has Brian as a mailman and he is the BEST! He cares so much and he even joined our Facebook group so he can let us know when he has off, if he's running late, if he needs to reach someone or some family and more. Our neighborhood loves him and my family loves him. He helps us and we help him! Love Brian
