Luis at the Verizon store was very attentive to our needs and worked through his lunch time getting our new phones setup. Very friendly and answered many questions for us. Showed me how to access new features on my phone
Highly recommend the Verizon store and Luis the manager in particular. He will not let you leave disappointed.

I was having trouble with the Verizon chat system, I needed an eSim inslled. I went through it twice but wasn't satisfied and I was left with no phone or no texting service. I decided to go to the Palmyra Verizon and talked to Tyler and within minutes he had me up and running and explained what happened and answered all my questions. Thank you Tyler.

Tyler helped me through a major fraud issue on my phone! We made 2 calls to fraud at Verizon and after a few minutes working with me and the store rep Tyler, they just said there was nothing they could do to help me after sending all my info and ID. We asked to speak to a supervisor but both just hung up on me!! I made a Third call and got a nice person in fraud and had her find a way to help. Tyler never gave up!
