Got provolone cheese and it rang up as $39 and even the front end coach couldn't remove it and they offered for me to pay full price and then receive a walmart gift card, what kind of joke is that? The lead of the registers couldn't even remove a faulty item, not surprised considering their keyboards look like they're from the 90's. Pretty pathetic for a company like walmart to make it impossible for a manager to remove an item that showed the wrong price.

Store has been increasingly dirty the last year. Finding a store associate is a challenge, and I hate self check out. I do not work for Walmart, so either pay me to self check out or cut my bill by 25%.

Poor customer service. First time making a return and one of the staff members at the desk just stared and said nothing for several minutes before walking away entirely.
