Always goes above and beyond to satisfy customers, questions, and accommodate customers when needed. Couldn’t ask for a better team.

Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to! I need a lot of meds and they are always on top of it and they’re super responsive. All the staff go above and beyond in terms of kindness. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes in a line, which is a vast improvement when compared with any other pharmacy!

every time I'm in Palmyra I shop at Weis to buy food and ice and my lottery tickets-----the lady at the customer service desk is never nice and will not let me pay for ice there-----this time as many before no body at the check out ----lot of self ck outs-----I will not do self ck outs I do not work for Weis and this takes someone else's job( this is profit over their customers)------back to customer service and told them the problem ---reply was I'm not a ck out ( I use 3 other Weis in the state per my travels----never a problem customer service takes care of me) so I said I will leave everything (ice & food ) right here--- I was told go ahead if that's what your want------long story short I got my back up and she finally did ck me out -----I sent a e-mail to corp last week and no reply so I guess they are more concerned with profit over customer service------ I will told everyone I can not to use Weis stores Kenneth E

We stayed at an air bnb in the area and stopped here for a few items. It's not very clean and was not well-stocked. We got our milk and pan spray and left. I'm not sure if there is another market in the area, but I'd go there if it's any better.

Well, it's no Publix. I feel bad giving a bad review, because the staff here are really spectacular. I've gotten to know most by name, and they're helpful, mostly competent, always friendly, everything you could want - which is all the more impressive because I get the strong sense that corporate treats them like crap. Corporate certainly treats its customers like crap - I routinely photograph every single advertised sale price in the store if I'm buying that product because most of the time, there's at least one sale price that's just mysteriously "missing" from the computer bank. I wouldn't mind that so much except that there's a cumbersome policy to get your money back if you don't catch the upcharge right at the register BEFORE you pay - and show proof with the photo. (The policy is you have to go back to customer service, wait in line, show the item on your receipt, wait for them to go and verify, and then wait for refund. It's not like my time is made of gold, but I'm usually shopping with toddlers who have *already* spent most of their patience and energy on a major errand so... just think about what all that means.) The store is badly stocked, and inventory is frequently expired or about to expire. Often you want to buy something only to see it's about to expire THAT DAY, and it's not even on sale. They don't carry a ton of brands, and brands that my family wants - organic stuff, nice produce, good meat - is either extremely expensive or absent. The meat quality is particularly terrible, while also being EXTREMELY overpriced. The produce is better, much better, at Walmart. (And cheaper.) However they do mostly have a good dairy selection compared to Walmart, which seems to only stock the low-fat versions of things. I in particular hate the bizarre and time-consuming "mix and match" promos which have alternating (but crucial) colors and it's almost impossible to actually GET the deal, no matter how much you buy. Moreover, almost none of the staff understand (and certainly none can agree on) what the parameters of the mix-n-match promo even are. So if you go for it, just be prepared to go home with 17 tubs of sour cream at full price. My biggest gripe with Weis is the corporate policy that if they overcharge you for something, AND you catch it AND bring it back AND wait in line and all the other hoops - there is no compensation whatsoever beyond returning your own money to you. I'm usually overcharged on the order of $5-10 per $250 grocery run, so I'm always in that damn line, waiting with a crying baby and more while they go verify the price, and there's never any sense that the store owes me any form of apology for what is legally corporate theft. (The staff actually admitted to me that the store used to offer it, but they lost too much money compensating overcharged customers because there were so many overcharges!! So instead of fixing the overcharging, they just - stopped compensating customers! Very frustrating when you remember that you won't always catch the mistake, you won't always remember to fix the mistake, and even when you do it's very inconvenient to make a special trip back just for that $4.50 that was, more or less, stolen from you.) On the plus side, I feel like there's been less overcharging lately... but, with the pandemic I'm a more frazzled shopper now so maybe I'm just not catching it anymore :/

If you feel compelled to answer Weis' pleas for change during this pandemic and cash in your change stash at one of their stores' machines, DON'T! They will charge you a 12% fee! My husband just got home from cashing in the change from his 'pocket change' jar at the Weis Market in Palmyra and got hit with a $21 fee! Thanks for the show of appreciation, Weis! Take your change anywhere else!

I would say 60 percent or more shoppers were not wearing face masks as required by the law. Two employees I asked, did not know why the store does not enforce the rule. This has been my go store for many years. Today was my last visit. It is stressful feeling like you are in a Covid infested hell hole.

Today is our store day ; we go on a van. Last week I went to the deli Dept to buy a sandwich and there weren't any sandwiches in the deli case but there were a bunch of dead flies laying there ! I did bring it to the woman who works in the Deli and she said" well I guess now I know !" And I also told the manager. So here it is Tuesday and off we go to Weis / Palmyra Pa . My mom like their fried chicken wings .about 6 in a bag. When we get up to the register and I looked at her chicken ; there and behold was a live fly flying around inside the bag --- I grab it and went to the desk and said that this is the second time in 2 weeks that we had an incident with flies at the Deli -- I mean how did a fly get in a sealed bag ? She must have let the bag sit open somewhere ! So they sent me to the Manager and she just stared at me like a Hoot owl ! But I woke her up when I said I am going to contact the State ! Bingo !

I am not from the Palmyra area. I found myself there last week for an appointment. After my appointment I was in need of a restroom and lunch. I was greeted by 2 employee as I walked through the store to the restroom. Sadly I didn't get their names. After using the restroom which was SO CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED, I headed to produce and deli. I was greeted by Shirley in the produce department who asked if I needed assistance. I purchased some fruit and some fried chicken tenders

There is this one lady that just throws your deli meats in a pile so it looks like road kill. It’s just one. The rest of the girls do a great job.
