“Called them to come give me a quote and after my initial discussion I knew they were who I wanted to do my floors. My living room needed to be redone and they started quickly after. Im very hesitant to have people I don't know in my house but I honestly felt good about these guys. They redid my hard wood floors and re-carpeted my bedroom and my son's room. They were quick and I saved around $200 dollars more then my other quotes. In the future I will recommend this company to anyone needing these types of services. Fast, punctual, and priced fairly. “We purchased three carpets from Steve and Stu last year and the product, service and value was excellent. Last week our wall-to-wall in the basement got flooded and they made replacing most of the padding and re-installing the carpet effortless. We shopped everywhere before we ended up at King Carpet. We found these guys to be much more reasonable and transparent. Their selection of remnants is excellent and they are displayed in an easy-to-see manor (not piled in stacks). “Paoli Rug company provided exceptional service for my dining room rug after a blueberry pie flipped over and stained the rug on a Sunday. They were there Monday morning to take the rug for cleaning and did a fantastic job getting the stain out. They calmed my fears that the rug would be stained forever.
