took my mother to the minute clinic there and we started to head out before forgetting her prescription. as we approached the exit, one worker there yelled for us to either leave the store or to stay in because he "needed to fix the door". i dont know if he thought he was being funny or what but it was just plain mean and rude.

Here I am thinking it would be an in and out trip but when I got here she said the wait would be at least 30 minutes! The are busy and it is never easy to pick up medication!! Surely cvs can do better?? SMH @cvs.com

The only reason I even still went to cvs was for photo services and now I can't even get my photos from the kiosk onto a cd like they used to offer. None of their kiosks are even connected to the internet, which their entire store wouldn't be able to run without, so I can't even access my CVS account. The store manager told me to go to another location 40 mins away to get my photo needs or to screen shot all my photos from my CVS account and do it that way.... wow. Then customer service sort of responds to my email, then just doesn't after I reached out asking why they haven't responded to my other two emails. After my experience with the pharmacy, their lack of options in the aisles, and then photo being less than supportive or helpful, and then add the store manager not knowing anything about her store, I'm done with CVS for life. Thanks for showing me who avtually cares about their customers. Walgreens would never have treated me that way, so I guess they're where I'll be. Wouldn't suggest this location or their services for anything anymore.

I'm beginning to wonder if the pharmacist is licensed.Wrong med given by pharmacist.Another pharmacy read order and gave correct med.

They need more people for pharmacy pick up. Long line and wait and only one person working the pick up counter. Ridiculous.

It gets worse every time I come for a quick stop at cvs pharmacy!!12 people in line with one register open!!
