By far the most unorganized pharmacy I have ever been to. They gave me a prescription of an antibiotic for another child. It wasn't even the same dosage or antibiotic that my son was supposed to get.
Additionally, another time I tried to pick up a prescription I had received a message stating that it had just been filled and they told me they couldn't find it anywhere and that they needed to refill it. Once they refilled it, they refilled it with the wrong medication.
After several rounds of complaints about my son 's safety for receiving the wrong anabiotic, nobody called to check in or to discuss the matter with me. Do not recommend, major safety concerns.

Went to the minute clinic here and the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and kind. Almost didn’t schedule it here because of the bad reviews but so glad I did.

Bad customer service. Came here for the first time to get passport photos taken. As soon as we walked into the store, we were welcomed with clerks with attitude when we asked them a question, like they're not happy with their jobs. Then the young girl took a picture of my husband, and without confirming with him if he liked/felt okay with the photo that she took, and just printed it out. This is not the first time we take passport photos, and everywhere we went, they always asked to make sure we are happy with the photo or they would retake it, before printing them. We came here because we did a business nearby and decided to come here, the closest location, to get passport photos. And when we complained with the other clerk at the checkout desk, she said the photo passed all the points that's why they didn't check with us before deciding for themselves that this is okay. We pay to get the photos taken, and we carry the passports for many years, and we can't get the right to look at the photo before printing it? This is ridiculous. We will never come back here again. Bad customer service and everyone who works there seem to have rude attitude when being asked questions.

Just walked into CVS pharmacy in Paoli. Witnessed a counter clerk walking through the aisles singing. Why are people so dumb?.
As I was leaving I thought that's really ridiculous and I thought you know I should say something to a manager. I found someone and he said I'm a supervisor and I said listen. I just wanted to say something to you about the gentleman working at the counter and he immediately said oh he's rude. And I said yes and I told him what I witnessed and he said yep I know nobody wants his job. Nobody wants his job. That's what you get. No I'm so sorry. No yes we'll talk to him. It was basically just a deal with it kind of attitude. So not only do you hear that from this employee, but the supervisor has the same crappy attitude.
You're paying a lot of money to shop in the store... And this is what you get nice. I think I'll move my prescription back to acme

The minute clinic in paoli pa the 2:59 pm appt with the nurse practitioner , the unprofessional want to be doctor can not be at appointed place if duty at appointment time so if they can not do 1 aspect of the job they can mot do any . CVS minute clinic is a dumping ground for medical professionals a shethole.

Date 5/10/24 around 5:28pm I went to the CVS farmacy and request the cashier “James” to apply my coupon (like check discount) for Emfamil Baby milk Formula. He pretend to scanned and didn’t even do it the correct way, then put it away. He lied about this. Attached receipt. Also, he was discriminatory thinking that I don’t know English as a Latin girl and said loud “I don’t know why people keep doing this”, he was mad about doing the transaction and didn’t do it. Bad service. Never going back again. Please manager, check the video.

Worst pharmacy customer service ever, was in line to pick up prescription at 7:57-pharmacy closes at 8:00, they REFUSED to let me pick up my already filled prescription, suggesting “Call a 24 hour pharmacy and have it transferred.” Absolute nonsense, appalling service.
