“Absolutely one of my favorite places. Downstairs is a wonderful toy store with each aisle crammed full of unique toys that you will not find elsewhere easily. Upstairs is a full on model railroad store. Has some great layouts to meander around, but also carries everything imaginable for trains and layouts. There really is so much to see. The staff is always helpful and super friendly. My children all love going there. On the visit the other day we didn't tell our 8 year old where we were going. When we pulled up you would have thought we were at a theme park giving away free ice cream and puppies. Just a great place all around. Update: still legit the best toy store ever!”
“Frank runs and owns this shop. I have been to this location several times and he is very knowledgeable and offers a wide selection of coins at a fair price. I have also brought in silver to sell and he offered me more money than the previous 2 places that I inquired in. Can't go wrong going to see Frank.”

“Stopped in with my nephew yesterday . Such a cute store . Reminds me of a
local family owned toy shops that used to be everywhere now they are few and far between . Love how they have free gift wrapping . Staff were so friendly and inviting . They had a wide selection of in demand toys and fidgets . Will definitely bring him back here if in this are again .”

I had struck out looking for a 76ers Charles Barkley card at the Ardmore store, which was already a long shot. My son was hoping to get one signed, and there was a whole longer story behind it that thankfully ended the way so many Charles Barkley stories seem to end: with Chuck being incredibly kind.
Geoff told me he’d take a look when he started his shift in Wayne the next day, and sure enough, I got a heads up that they had somehow found a miracle card.
I hesitate to write reviews like this because I know this kind of service is not always possible, and not every story can end this way. But it really felt like my son’s heartache over this card was seen, and his excitement when he finally got it was shared by Geoff and the rest of the staff. That meant a lot.

When I tell you I have NEVER experience this level of customer service in my life I’m not kidding. The gentleman I spoke to was patient, kind and very honest. If he didn’t know the answer he had no problem politely telling me to not give me any wrong information. I look forward to dealing with them again soon!”

“I am beyond obsessed with this store. I cannot tell you how many times I go in one month. I don't even do crafts, I just like to go. It's like IKEA, it just is so fun there. For every holiday, they set up a wonderful display. The girls at the register have awesome happy color hair with a smile under their masks. Not only is this store so amazing, but you can truly make it an all day excursion if you decide to eat at Carmichaels next door. Awesome pizza. Then, top your evening off by driving down Bryn Mawr Avenue. This road is the perfect amount of curve to the point of going at a decently fast speed but not having to worry about crashing. Sometimes you need your high beams because it's dark. When it rains, a large puddle forms at that one intersection. Be cautious of that incase you decide to go to Michaels on a rainy day (which I recommend). When you come to the intersection at Mallon Road, don't mind the red ribbon tied around the sign, it must have been an old birthday balloon. There's also an old Burger King cup at the corner of Bryn Mawr Ave and West Chester Pike. I wish I had removed it, I was thinking about it all night. Michaels Craft Store is an amazing place to pick up any craft supplies you need, or even if you just want to wander the isles or steal a fake grape.”

“Anyone who knows me knows I love art. Michaels is one of my go-to places for supplies. I usually buy paint, canvases, jewelry supplies, and brushes/tools. I will say the prices are little high in my opinion. I recommend purchasing art supplies during one of their sales.”
“Visited Hobby Lobby several times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the store was packed with an impressive selection of holiday items. It was definitely very busy and the lines were long, but they moved surprisingly fast and were well managed. Overall, a great place for seasonal décor if you don’t mind the crowds during peak holiday shopping.”

“I really enjoy coming here whenever I have a new craft project in mind. The selection of supplies is huge and I can usually find everything I need in just one trip. The store is kept pretty tidy and the staff is helpful if I ever have trouble finding a specific item. It is a solid place to shop when you want to get creative.”
“LOVE that that Michaels is carrying fabric and sewing notions, now that we no longer have Jo-Ann's. Selection is limited and geared toward lightweight crafting fabrics. I thought the notions were priced a little on the high side. Knee patches came one of each color in several different variety 4-packs, so to get two matching ones I had to purchase two packs at over $4.50 each. They also carry Singer sewing machine accessories, but stock was low, and there were only generic and few needles. Thanks Michaels for picking up some of the slack!”
“Stopped by to get about a million frames for a series of drawings and every single person I talked to was both incredibly helpful and incredibly nice! I have never had such a positive experience-thanks to the employees. Not to mention that there was an insane sale; I spent about half as much as I expected for twice as many frames.
