Guy is rude in office. He laugh when I was shocked at price of collar because I lower income. Rude little man. I went to petstop. Mr Larry sell me collar that work with my IFB system for cheaper and it recharges!

I had a great training experience with Julia and Mike. They were informative and very knowledgeable. Mike even brought along his little dog to help train which was so helpful to provide distractions during the training process. We have a big yard yet I feel very confident in the training. A young man named Ade was just here to repair my 24 year old Invisible Fence. He arrived on the early side of the 5 hour window I was given when I set up the appointment. I am sick right now so I described to him where the box was. I have a 300 year old home so navigating through it can be an adventure, especially in the basement. He quickly finished the repair and returned everything to the way he found it. How often does that happen? I was very impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. And in regard to the product, the Invisible Fence was the first improvement I had installed when I moved here twenty four years ago and is the only original improvement that stood the test of time. I wish I could give him, and the company, ten stars.

Ade is a friendly, efficient and – most importantly – knowledgeable service provider. We requested a first appointment of the day, and he was there on time. We had been getting random notices of wire breaks, and we thought a different technician fixed it a week ago. Then it happened again. Twice. Ade quickly diagnosed the issue and upgraded the box. Hopefully we're good now.

We were extremely impressed by the quality of service we received for the installation of our fence and private dog training lessons. Stuart, who managed both the installation and the training, was punctual, cheerful, and had an amazing ability to connect with our dog. I have always been happy with Invisible Fence and it has been very effective in keeping my dogs within the yard. Recently I needed a repair to the fence and following a bad “fix”, the service team responded promptly and Steven diagnosed and got the fence working again. We just had our Invisible Fence repaired. The lines were severed when we had some landscaping done two years ago. Needless to say it was not going to be easy to find the lines to tie to. Stephen had his work cut out for him and it didn’t help it was the hottest day of the summer! But he was persistent and solved the problem! He was very professional and courteous! Thank you Stephen!

In a word Ade Wicks is amazing. He returned all my phone calls, unlike others, and addressed all my issues with invisible fence. Ade was professional, polite, and knew what he was talking about. I am happy to report that after never recommending invisible fence I will now recommend them to all my friends.
