Highly recommend! Booked the Kitchen Workshop as a team building event while colleagues were in for a Leadership Team Off-Site. Art and his team were informative and fun! There were some last minute dietary restrictions for half of the group and Art rolled with it and was sure to not only accommodate them, but make something they LOVED! One colleague said it was his FAVORITE event of the week - and one he will remember for a lifetime. Thank you, Art!!

Led a group for a work event and this space is perfect for a group of 10-12. The space is clean, easy to find and park, and a good space for both the cooking and eating. Art and his assistants were personable and made sure everyone was involved. The lesson was informative and the result was tasty.

I can say after reading some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical. However, I just attended a group cooking session and had a great time! Art and the two ladies who assisted was wonderful! It was fun, everyone participated and it's good for cooks and non cooks. The food tasted delicious and I would definitely go back!

Attended a group event with coworkers and laughed the entire time. It was a fun and interactive experience. Art and Pat played off all of our individual personalities so well. The meals we prepared together turned out great and I look forward to replicating them again very soon. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and educational dining experience!

I think the instructor must have gotten broken up with right before the class started because he was nothing but rude and belittling. He spent half the time during the class putting down the professions of those who attended the class. Called an individual who works in the trades "dumb" repeatedly and asked this individual multiple times if he had the ability to count. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully this is an one-off instance because I am concerned that this man runs children's workshops.

Art's class was excellent and his assistant April together made for a wonderful evening class. We made 3 wonderful fish dishes. We will be back. Lots of fun.

Tried something different for date night on a Friday night. I cannot say enough about the experience we had. Art was hilarious and patient with us until the very end. He supplied us with the tools, knowledge, and never ending supply of wine to get us through our three course meal. We were nervous to meet who we would be cooking with, but we ended up being paired with another couple we plan on seeing again outside of the kitchen. We loved our experience with Art. The food was delicious. The company was great. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking to try something new! I plan on bringing my Girl Scout troop here for a team building day. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Art!!

I can not say enough good things about this experience! I suprised my girlfriend and her friends with a group cooking class. I honestly did not know what to expect, but Art was amazing at setting the tone and keeping it light. Several members of my group plan on coming back with their friends in the future! If you want an experience, smiles, and most importantly... food, The Kitchen Workshop should be your go to!!

I think the quality would be improved if the menus incorporated seasonal ingredients.

Update: The owner called me to further inquire about my experience. When I told him that I didn't think that the class being cancelled was a realistic possibility, he said "It's called life. S*** happens. Just think about it, and that will do you well," and then hung up on me. I was expecting maybe an apology and a discount on a future class, but he decided to burn a bridge with a potential customer instead. Not sure if he knows how to run a business. Oh well. Took away another star for that. I tried booking a baking class for my wife's birthday, and I received a message the night before saying that the class was cancelled due to lack of participants. It says in the waiver during registration that this is a possibility, but I just want to caution people of this potential outcome if you're depending on it for a special occasion. You would be better off booking a class with another school/business that won't cancel on you.

I was torn as to whether or not to comment on my awful experience with Art from the Kitchen Workshop as I'm a strong supporter of local businesses but felt that folks needed to be made aware of his unprofessional level of customer service that I had received this week.
Apparently, I did not register properly for a team workshop despite paying in full online so he basically belittled me by calling me to express his frustration. Any business owner would brace business but not Art. He was extremely rude and argued with me on the number of people I had attending his cooking class and could not give me a straight as to whether or not he had availability for April 15th. I questioned him as to when he will advise on availability and basically he did not like my response and cancelled the entire reservation as he did not want to do business with us.
What really threw me off was that he searched me on Facebook and emailed me that he was going to bash my name to employees (which he named in an email to me) at a previous place of business. Little did he know that I have not worked there in over 4 years but the fact then he was so angry he wanted to ruin my career as a result of me not properly completing the registration really tells me something about this person and his character. I'm not saying you should bash his business but should be made aware of his actions and determine for yourself whether or not you want to take this risk of working with him in the future. I know where I stand...and it's NO.

My daughter had a blast at this camp! She wishes it could have lasted so much longer! Art, his mom and Robin.. ( wish I knew the names of all staff).. did a incredible job! My daughter learned so many kitchen skills, and we have so many recipes that we will definitely use! And she brought home so many things for us to taste every day! This camp is totally hands on for the kids! They even grilled filet and shrimp !
We will definitely be returning!
Thank you for this opportunity for my daughter!
We will for sure be back!
