She showed us a few mattresses, then allowed us to try others at our leisure.Delivery is free, and there is an option to have old beds removed instead of having to hire a separate a company to haul them away.”

“Brian and Nancy are a great team. I bought a mattress on February 6. I found it was a bit too soft. I went back to the store and talked to Nancy. She explained that I had to wait 30 days before I was eligible for a replacement mattress. After the 30 days, I went back into the store and she spent time with me to make sure that the replacement mattress would be the perfect one for me. Brian coordinated the delivery of the second mattress. The second mattress was just what I needed. In addition, I was very pleased with the delivery company. I highly recommend this store!”

“Saturday, we attempted to make a purchase online and there was an issue with the delivery charges not registering. We decided to visit the Exton Outlet store on Sunday. Unfortunately, the store closed at 6pm and we were in the area around 5:45pm. I decided to call to see if they would make an exception. The associate said they couldn't since they were closing in a few minutes, and we would have to come back tomorrow. A few minutes later I received a call back from the store manager saying she would be happy to make an exception and would allow us to come in and test some Mattress so we could make our purchase. One hour after hours the Manager allowed us to make our purchase and was nothing but helpful. We weren't rushed even though it was after hours. She gave great advice and helped us finalize our new purchase of a Dining set, Mattress, Pillows, and a new sectional. 100% with the customer service we received and excited for our new furniture to arrive! Thank You So Much!!”

“Ordered our mattress a few years ago and put on our box springs...which was ok but didn't work well after some time as it was too heavy for the frame and even though we reinforced with boards it sagged. We just ordered and installed the steel platform frame and mahogany headboard and it's souch more comfortable. Love it!”

“Originally went to The Dump which is located next door and were so dissatisfied with the prices and lack of customer service that we left and went to M and M! So glad we did because this place is great! The owner is so friendly and professional. Prices blow away The Dump and its more organized and easy to find what you need and want. Lots of styles, colors, fabrics, finishes and sizes of furniture to choose from. You will find what you want here. We got huge 10ft x 10ft sectional sofa & over sized ottoman (plush soft fabric); 3 Queen size BR sets (bed, dresser, mirror and night stand); 2 Queen size mattress and box spring sets and a cool bird cage lamp for less than 6,900 dollars delivered! We got a nice discount for buying so much which was equal to a little more than the cost of delivery so it's like we got delivery free of charge. That's great! I will go back when I need anything else.”
