Cash I needed for rent money and debit card got stuck in ATM. Money did not transfer into my account and my belongings were stuck inside the machine. I called manager who was inside and explained the situation. He came out, we talked. He went into the machine and grabbed my debit card, and told me to call their customer service line for help with getting my money into my account. I called customer service, they told me that the manager should’ve handled that situation then and there. My rent money was no where to be seen and the manager did not care. Thankfully the customer service representative heard how I upset I was and got straight to work because this branch’s lazy manager could not do the same. Unacceptable. Go to Wayne, they are FAR more helpful.

Absolutely worst banking experience I have ever had. Sara should not in any way be in customer service and the attitude I was given as a customer who has had no way to access funds for a week was appalling.
