worked with jake in the autobody shop. outstanding service. he helped me find a slot on the day that worked for me and moved a few things around. when i arrived, he was prepared, got my car in the shop for a very simple swap of a part, and had me on my way in 30 minutes.
wouldn't have been possible if i had a more complicated situation, but being that it was such a small job, he took action and took care of me as quickly as i could have expected.
really appreciate jake's commitment to great service!

After picking up my truck. I noticed pretty quickly the truck was not driving the same, so I took a look a the repairs that were done on the truck, it seems most of the work is lacking. Below is what I noticed, when I looked at everything.
- There is a ground cable dangling under the bed
- Tailgate step does not latch properly (the tailgate won't raise or lower sometimes until you hold the step in a little bit further). You can see the gap in the picture attached.
- Loose decorative body panel, by the rear driverside door. (wasn't able to attach the video)
- Plastic retainer or patch on the front radiator? Not sure what this is.
- Paint has a few spots of bodywork that weren't sanded prior.
- Brake lines have butt connectors installed for some reason. Guess they were cut through, I am not good with this at all.
- Top of strut mounts are heavily scratched and gouged. (needs to be sanded & powder coated)
- Frame structural issues still exist and I am not sure it's straight. I notice soot covering good portions of the frame & weld spatter on the rail. The weld quality of both rear strut mounts is questionable. (I am not a professional welder by any means, and my welds are nicer),
There are also sections of the strut mounts that appear to be heated and hammered attempting to align the mounts. There is noticeable deformation.
