I go to repairs my air condition. The results are surprise! Air condition was not repaired, but my door glass was reported with a problem which is totally out of plan. Ridiculously, when I drive to fire center, my windows worked well! The front guy told me that his colleagues need to remove the whole door to check air condition, and after that door glass cannot work. Air condition still cannot work. So, finally no matter how I argued about that, nobody listen to me. I did not get my air condition fixed but was requested to pay additional 400dollars for the door windows!!! It feels so terrible and ugly!

This is by far the easiest and most efficient way to get my truck serviced. Truthfully, I own a Silverado, but I definitely will be continuing to get my vehicles serviced with them. I'm a contractor, so I'm ALWAYS on the move. They came out to me at the LAST minute, changed my oil, put air in my tires and offered so many other options to get my truck serviced. I am a customer for life. I love it.

Problem with my Ford Maverick when dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Lots of things flashed and I took it into service to check what happened. They obliged and found out the wiring harness had some serious cuts to it. Wires were shorting out against some metal. Fixed it temporarily and ordered the part. Next day called me and they fixed the problem. Thank goodness they got to the problem as this is my only transportation.

I had scheduled an appointment on-line to bring my car in for service and said I would wait for it. I immediately received a call from service asking if it would be more convenient for them to come to my home and perform the service there. Obviously. The mechanic who came was incredibly well-mannered, very knowledgeable, as well as efficient and communicative. I am extremely pleased!

I used the mobile service unit for an oil change and tire rotation and the service was great! Setting up the appointment was easy. I requested a call from the mobile unit, they reached out to me, scheduled the service, and the mobile unit actually came to my work. They were right on time, very courteous, and were done in a little under an hour. The mobile service is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule. The quick lane service and Bryan the manager went above and beyond to fix my Ford Fusion and get it running smoothly! They even found a slow leak in one of my tires and repaired it. Their attention to detail is second to none and their customer service is exemplary!

Replaced a turbo charge hose on my 2019 F350 Diesel. I was a walk in and told the service manager that I had a perforated rubber hose. I asked if it was covered under warranty. It was and he told me they stock the hose and he could install while I waited. I was on the road again in a 1/2 hour. Excellent service. Sorry I didn’t get his name.Service: Engine repair

I just bought a car here and had a great experience. I came in to see a 2015 Maserati Ghibli and I was immensely excited to get this car. They were so happy and outgoing, and even after I bought the car they still did a few extra things to help me out! They got me fresh tires, which are NOT inexpensive, oil change, and updated stickers even though the car was recently inspected. They really went all out for me. They didn't have to do the extra, but they did. Couldn't be happier.Services: Tires

They picked up my 2020 expedition (purchased there) for oil change at scheduled time 10:00 am. We also asked if they could check the car due to an odd alert we had twice while accelerating. Spoke to Greg (don't recommend) who tried to upsell an inspection several times on the call (I have until end of September for that). I called at 3:00 for status, again Greg, again keeps talking about the inspection! I just want to know about the oil change. He gave me a lot of run around until I flat out asked, will it be ready today? "Probably not." Ok....I needed my car back due to having my 3 car seats in there and can't take my kids anywhere. I asked them to bring it back then? Can't....don't have the drivers. What a convenient feature that pick up is! Told him I have no choice, I would just come get it in about 40 minutes then. Had to get a babysitter for the kids, leave work early, go get my husband, go to ford, and they have my car up front waiting. Walk in....straight to inspection talk AGAIN. What about the alerts that go off? Couldn't find anything. We can look again during...you guessed it, THE INSPECTION! He goes to the back. I go to pay, lady there tells me there's no charge. Wait....they didn't change the oil?? She goes in the back talking to Greg who is even giving HER attitude in his body language, shrugging and shaking his arms. She says "well the lady wants to know if her oil was changed and if she has to pay for it???" Only then does this coward admit that nope....no oil change. Couldn't even relay that message himself!! 6 hours you have my car there and do absolutely nothing. Yeah I'm sure I'll bring my car there for inspection Greg. Never again. And won't make my next purchase there either.
