Bill C. was excellent to work with, making the process of buying out my lease quick and easy. He was very efficient in getting the paperwork started as much as possible before I came to the dealership so I didn’t spend a lot of time waiting around. He also worked with the service center team to get some interior damage reviewed and resolved at no additional cost.I really appreciate the level of attention and communication Bill provided. I would highly recommend him and the team at Paoli Ford.

They picked up my 2020 expedition (purchased there) for oil change at scheduled time 10:00 am. We also asked if they could check the car due to an odd alert we had twice while accelerating. Spoke to Greg (don't recommend) who tried to upsell an inspection several times on the call (I have until end of September for that). I called at 3:00 for status, again Greg, again keeps talking about the inspection! I just want to know about the oil change. He gave me a lot of run around until I flat out asked, will it be ready today? "Probably not." Ok....I needed my car back due to having my 3 car seats in there and can't take my kids anywhere. I asked them to bring it back then? Can't....don't have the drivers. What a convenient feature that pick up is! Told him I have no choice, I would just come get it in about 40 minutes then. Had to get a babysitter for the kids, leave work early, go get my husband, go to ford, and they have my car up front waiting. Walk in....straight to inspection talk AGAIN. What about the alerts that go off? Couldn't find anything. We can look again during...you guessed it, THE INSPECTION! He goes to the back. I go to pay, lady there tells me there's no charge. Wait....they didn't change the oil?? She goes in the back talking to Greg who is even giving HER attitude in his body language, shrugging and shaking his arms. She says "well the lady wants to know if her oil was changed and if she has to pay for it???" Only then does this coward admit that nope....no oil change. Couldn't even relay that message himself!! 6 hours you have my car there and do absolutely nothing. Yeah I'm sure I'll bring my car there for inspection Greg. Never again. And won't make my next purchase there either.

I had a great Experience with DJ Percinsky my sale consultant!! He was very professional and informative and patient. Him and all the staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed while we were in the process of buying our car! They even offer us beverages and food! I couldn’t have asked for a better staff for our buying experience!! I highly recommend DJ and all the other staff at Ford Paoli! Thanks for everything!! After the run around from some other local Ford Service Departments we found Matthew's Paoli Ford. It's a 25-30 minute drive for us and worth every minute of that drive. This is the level of service we had with our dealer in California- personable, honest and direct. And accessible! I can book appointments online and not have to try to catch them just before opening on Monday. They text, email and call.. Whatever works best for you. Now they have added Mobile Services!!! While I was at work the tech came out to take care of some recall work. Maybe an hour but I didn't have to step away from the office midday. THIS is the definition of service. Thanks Paoli Ford!

My experience only relates to service, and while I've been to most of the Ford dealerships in the area, this one is the worst. Most notably, everyone on the front end has a strange attitude, a chip on their shoulders that tends to come with holding a service job for too long. Perhaps they are entitled to it, given that the Main Line clientele can be difficult, but boy is it obvious! My recommendation: get some people in there who aren't completely on autopilot. That attitude is the primary reason why I will never return, despite the convenience of the location. I had several not great but not truly awful experiences here, but the one that sticks out is a failure to diagnose an imminent catastrophic failure that was covered by a recall I was within 1000 miles of missing. Fortunately another dealership caught it. Have a great day everyone.

It was a long process due to Fords inability to deliver but the Paoli Team did a great job keeping me up to speed and keeping things realistic with timing. Especially as we adjusted the model year over year over year. Ultimately everyone delivered and I’m very happy with the end product and outcome. Great job Dave and Dan!

I test drove a 2022 Ford escape and there was a specific seating feature on the door. Not knowing what it was my son mentioned it to me and I said well ask once we get back. With all the excitement and fast movement of the sale we overlooked asking about the feature. Once we got home to look in the feature book about something else we saw the 123 seating setting feature and we looked on the door and the buttons were no longer there. We immediately called our salesperson (Mike) and asked about it and was told no that's the car you test drove and the only black escape that year he had on the lot. So at this point it was no point in arguing about the issue because it wasn't a battle that obviously would be won. My thing is if the cars were switched for whatever reason just say that but don't tell me without saying I'm crazy, that I'm crazy and that's what I drove. How else would my son know or speak of a feature that he never knew about. There were a few other things that raised a eyebrow for me but it was like such a fast push-out transaction. I'm grateful for the purchase but some things could be a bit better in their process.

Bill Crockett at Paoli Ford was an absolute pleasure to work with while going through the process of purchasing a truck. I have never had such a reassuring and helpful salesperson, though that doesn't feel like the right word to use. He made the experience very easy going, provided an uplifting attitude, and never pressured anything just to make the sale. Great overall experience with everyone at Paoli Ford, I will definitely be returning when I am looking for my next vehicle. 10 out of 10, I definitely recommend!

Bill Crockett was phenomenal! I have to say out of all the time I have spent at car dealerships in my lifetime, my experience at Paoli Ford was definitely the best yet. Such a calm environment. Never once felt pressured. Everybody was nice and friendly. Nobody wants to spend their whole day in a dealership but it certainly helps when you have such an easy going sales person who does everything in their power to make sure you leave with the vehicle you want!!! HIGHLY recommend Bill!
