Picked up a screw in my tire. Could clearly hear it hissing and losing air quickly so I brought it here for repair. Like always, I was told that they can’t fix the leak and would need to replace the tire. They’re just going to “pump it up with air and I’m gonna have to keep an eye on it until the new tire comes in.” this was not acceptable to me because I knew I wouldn’t get very far at all.I had to tell him that this van has a full-size spare and for him to put that on. Return visit they installed the tire and did an oil change. Noticed while driving, the van sounds unusual. I popped the hood and looked around underneath and found the airbox was never fully secured. My guess is that he was checking my air filter and just never put the cover back on correctly. Don’t worry though, I fixed what your mechanic didn’t. And this is all at a Ford dealer, not some mom and Pop shop. Won’t be back here again.

Ford trained service people installed 4 brand new tires that I ordered through Tire Rack. The tires are hard to get for my size and load range, so Tire Rack was the best choice and offered me a fine selection. The 4 tires arrived at my house in 1 day. I could have had them shipped to the Paoli Ford Service Center. Finding out that Ford trained service folks would install tires they did NOT sell to me was amazing. My ride has never been better

I walked in, and Dan took my car with no appointment, but Dan assured me that everything was fine. He was absolutely correct. My car waa completed before the work day was over. No unnecessary additional serivces. Great Job!!!

Stopped in at quick lane of Paoli Ford because my Chevy equinox sometimes hesitated when starting up from idling. Seemed to be a problem with the auto stop/start mode. I was not charged for the time spent (most of an hour) while they found a notice about the problem and pointed me in the right direction. Kudos and thank you.
