Came here to pick up some pieces of furniture to move- a quick job. Instead the lock code wasn't working so we had to call someone and wait at least a half an hour for them to come out just to get INTO the storage unit area past the gate. Once we got in everything was fine until now I'm sitting here AGAIN waiting for someone to come let us OUT!! If you want a storage place where you do not actually have access to your things when you'd like it- I would suggest Paradise Self-Storage.

Terrible. We are moving out of the storage unit not using the full month but we still have to pay full price. #2 their office says they open to 5 but yet no one answers the phone and it goes to answering service. #3. There was something wrong with my credit card and that same day they let me know it wouldnt go through they locked our account. So I fixed my cc and guess what.....they didnt answer at 4:30 when they are open at 5. Terrible company

beware of this location, your items are not safe. there are no cameras. someone broke into my storage and stole some valuable items. the owners did not take any responsibility. i called the police, but there is nothing they will do. now i have to hire a lawyer and sue them. anyone with access can break your lock open and take anything they want. to be clear, this is paradise self storage in paradise, pa. there are many locations with the same name.
