We switched to Upward Broadband a while back because we were having issues with reliability, customer service, and speed with our previous internet provider. The service has been reliable other than one time that the service was out due to storm damage in the area and the company took steps to set-up a temporary fix to get power back to their tower as soon as possible. The installation was painless and the tech was very friendly. He also took the time to perform the installation in a way that you cannot see the wires running down the side of our house. We now have higher speeds at a lower cost than the previous provider. We used to regularly have tv streaming services freeze/buffer and can now stream two shows on separate TVs. I cannot speak about their customer service due to the fact that I have not needed anything beyond the installation. They do regularly communicate whenever there will be an outage (normally after midnight and back up before 5 am) for upgrades/service work. I couldn't be happier that we made the change.

I have had Upward Broadband for several months. I use the service for phone, iPad, and streaming TV content. Sometimes there are several people in the home on the service at one time. I have not had any issues with dropped content whether online or streaming. I would definitely recommend Upward Broadband.

Good, honest service & a team that is available if service is needed. Phone calls get answered. No call center with incompetent people. What a relief! The final deciding factor was that this service filters out explicit content. No need to set up seperate software to help keep explicit content away from me & my household.

The day I heard there was an Upward tower in our area I immediately called to get service, and so glad I did! I highly recommend Upward! Customer service is amazing, they are friendly and courteous. The internet is awesome, I haven’t had any issues at all. I can use my cellphone and call people through Wi-Fi and they can actually hear me now! Never once have I been disconnected or had slow service. Every area of my house is covered and I can even use internet on my patio which is across the yard from my house. I bought the higher plan and after about a month they told me we really weren’t using all that and recommended I switch to the lower cost plan… to me that says it all right there. They get a 5 star in my book!

I live in a very rural setting and was told for several years that, even though I could get Internet, it would be very limited, and the cost for that limited service was very high. When upward broadband contacted me I decided to give them a try. I have been very pleased with our Internet. We are able to run several devices at one time with no problem we had a lightning strike during a thunderstorm on Friday. They were here Saturday to fix everything and get us up and running again. Customer service like no other company, these days, I couldn’t be happier
