I went to the post office twice within a week of receiving a "sorry we missed you" note regarding a certified summons over a traffic violation. After the employee barely looked, just shuffled some papers around as if it was the most exhausting thing ever, I was told it was not there. I then received an arrest warrant and had to pay all these extra fees just because I could not get this citation in time. Come to find out when I look at my paperwork, the letter was in fact there the whole time I was asking about it, and my warrent and extra costs could have all been avoided if she just actually did the job she's paid to do.

Supposed to be open at 8. Scribbled sign on door said will open 930. Get there 10:15 STILL CLOSED bc THEY ARE COUNTING. uh huh, missing two packages THAT TRACKING SAYS HAS BEEN HERE FOR DAYS, and asked and JUST SAID NOPE NOT HERE AND KEPT FILLING MAIL!!!! Then get to my box and AGAIN THEY PUT OVERSIZE PAPERBACK BOOKS in the box when they know we cant get them out unless we break the binding. i pay money for a book I dont want it messed up before i even get a chance to read it. Hey sometimes its a gift! OUTRAGEOUS! back again DAYS LATER... BEEN THERE 3 TIMES LAST WEEK AND TODAY AND LOBBY NOT OPEN!!!!!!!!!!! NO CARD IN BOX FOR MY 3 PACKAGES, SO where are they? not even a sign today! Im paying the us postal service for a post office box but cant get my mail! Is there a rating LESS THEN ! STAR?

Poor service, frequent mis-handling of mail delivery and the manager is not helpful at times, denies problems, injects his personal and political opinions that are baseless, unwanted and unwarranted.

Damaged goods and opened packages, including, but not limited to medication, Christmas cards, birthday cards, where certain meds are missing, though sent from Coatsville v.a., cards are in opened envelope, but cash and checks missing, ordered packages never arriving, etc. Post office staff says that ithe problem is not theirs. Who's problem is it, then?.

I work at a local business in Paradise, over the past year we have been experiencing VERY poor service from this post office and the one in Kinzers which has the same postmaster. We have large mailings every week that we have had numerous problems with our customers not receiving their checks that we mail out the same time every week. Some customers have reported not receiving their checks for up to 2 weeks. We also have problems receiving our mail, especially in the last 3 mo. There are days where we get no mail...which is ok, but on the first day after a holiday, when we know we should have mail and nothing is delivered. We have made numerous complaints and were simply told no mail carriers were available for our area. SERIOUSLY?? This is NOT acceptable.

I don't see all the fuss, they do their job and they do it well. They've always been courteous to me and I've never had an issue here. I've even asked for some unique requests and they've always complied. Same cannot be said for a lot of other places.

12/01/2017, consistently getting my neighbors mail and they are getting my mail for the last couple of months!
