U haul has the worst customer service. Avoid this company at all costs. All you will get is pain. U hauls incompetence caused me to lose thousands of dollars.

Not sure about the previous reviews but I have used this location 3 times in the last 6 months and have had all great interactions with staff~who went above & beyond by being readily available during non business hours. All rentals were clean & worked well/no issues. Easy renting process online & checking in/out via the ap.

Negative 20 stars. Horrible experiencetwice. The woman that works here is the most argumentative ignorant rude person I've ever dealt with in my life. She's clueless. The trucks they rent out are falling apart.

I am very unhappy about the service we received from our original pick up location at 602 Schuylkill Rd, Parker Ford, PA 19457. We tried multiple times to contact the pick up location with no answer. We then showed up to the location for pick up and no one was there to help us. By luck, a woman in a U-haul pulled up, that works at the location but not for U-haul but for the lawn company. (I am still wondering why she is just driving around a U-haul vehicle like it was her own car. )

Dealer had no knowledge of my rental! Dealer also turned me away because they had a medical appoint to have x-rays taken. This is a one person operation that is operating on a shoestring! Find another dealer.

We had a need to rent a small moving truck on a Thursday. We needed the truck early afternoon and would return it that night. My wife went on the U-Haul web site that morning and found a 15 foot truck available at this location. Bigger than what we needed but available for pickup in the early after noon. So, she completed the reservation online and received a confirmation. When we arrived at the pickup time, the door was locked with a note on the door containing a phone number to call. I called the number and gave the lady that answered my name and said that I was here to pick up the U-Haul truck we reserved. She said she was not aware of any reservations and had no trucks available. However, there were 2 trucks in the parking lot. Then she said both trucks were already rented for the next day. I restated that I had a rental for today and had a confirmation number. She said the confirmation number didn't matter and that U-Haul didn't know the status of her trucks. This statement seemed odd. Then, she said the truck would need to be back before the next morning and I assured her I would have the truck back later the same day. She said she would be at the location in about 5 minutes. When she arrived, she asked which truck we had a reservation for. She again stated it was reserved for the next day. I again stated I had a reservation for today, had a confirmation number and had it up on my smartphone. She did not want to see it. She then state the 15 foot truck was already reserved for someone that same day for an hour later. She obviously did not want to honor our reservation. So I asked, "So you have no trucks that you'll rent us". She replied no. Her attitude throughout the interaction was very unfriendly. We called a couple other U-Haul locations nearby and found a 10 foot truck available at the Bridge Street location in Phoenixville. I would highly recommend not using this Spring City location to rent U-Haul vehicles.
