This is for the pharmacy. Have problems with my meds getting find correctly, wrong amount given to me, have to make multiple trips to get medications filled correctly. This pharmacy is crap. Staff maybe friendly but not doing there jobs correctly.

Well, zero isn’t a choice so 1 star it is. #1 store, I hope you know exactly where what you need is because you will need to find it yourself or find a customer to help. Employees avoid eye contact and hide in the back if you’re seen looking for help. #2 bring a credit card. You will be using self checkout. If you have the audacity to use cash you will be treated like a scumbag by someone who probably didn’t pass the fourth grade. #3 pharmacy. The Techs are polite but the pharmacist are rude, smug and condescending. We’ve reached a time now that speaking to a person in person is a privilege. They let all calls go to voicemail even when I’m the only customer in the store and laugh about it. You will get your return call no less than 2 hours after your initial message was left. I have a demanding job and cannot take personal phone calls. It would be nice to be able to talk to someone when I am able during the day when it used to be their job to take phone calls not make them. The other CVS’s I use have conveyed to me that this is unique to only this branch as many customers use switched to using a branch closer to their work or Dr’s office over the one closest to their home. I have switched all of my medication except one to Walmart or Amazon Pharmacy. Better prices and better customer service

Website says open til 10pm but when you call says open til 6pm need to know when you guys are actually open.

This cvs has my prescriptions so messed up with the 90 day supply failing me nearly every time. They almost never have one of my meds in stock. And the one girl there is a totally miserable corporate machine

This is Not a CVS 🤔 there is no CVS☹️.
There are other lovely looking shops but nothing really resembles a Drug store.

Their hours state the pharmacy is open until 9 and the store part closes at 10 pm but that is incorrect. The store and pharmacy are closed at 9pm

The WORST pharmacy EVER!!!! Why is it prescriptions are never ready? The script could be sent the day before but when you go to pick up it’s always another 20 minutes. I moved my mothers scripts from here and then my own. Of course now my husbands insurance is requesting us to use CVS so now I’m back. And to my surprise nothing has changed. I would give zero stars if I could! I would highly recommend using somewhere else!

This pharmacy has two people Lisa And Jodi that are nice and caring. The rest of the pharmacy personnel are rude, uncaring,no concern for the elderly or any other customer. I waited 7 days for my husbands pain medicine. I waited two weeks for my diabetes medicine and finally had to get it from another pharmacy. When trying to explain something to them about our need for the medicine I was asked what pharmacy I would like them to transfer my script to as they didn’t want to be bothered. They don’t answer the phone when you call and if they do they are rude and will and have hung up on me. I have witnessed them make a 88 year old women wait over an hour for a prescription I have after a year of being treated rudely and not being able to get medication in a timely manner, moved our13 prescriptions to Walmart and have never been happier with the way I’m treated or the promptness of my medication.

Rudest and most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever encountered. Don't seem to care that the elderly can only pick up medications at certain times. Even calling ahead, medications are NEVER ready when they say they will be. Then rudely have you wait an ungodly amount of time, never even telling you when it is ready. Time is money. When picking up and waiting for an elderly person, they have to pay the caregiver for the time they wait for the medication. Would totally be different if staff were even the least bit friendly. Rude, rude, rude. Every single one of them. Take your business anywhere but here. After waiting they then tell you the medicine is not in stock!

So many poor experiences at this CVS. I gave it 2 stars because there are 2 or 3 employees that are quite nice and helpful. The Pharmacist is absolutely rude and has no time for niceties or compassion. Skills that are a must for that role. I know he’s busy but he does not need to be so uncaring and curt. I just picked up a new prescription and he told me all the side effects and horrible things that could go wrong with it. He then asked me if I had any questions and I told him I did. A deep sigh followed. Then don’t ask me if you don’t want to answer my questions. It’s time to switch pharmacies.
