The receptionists, doctor’s aides and the doctors their could not have been more helpful or accommodating.I rarely review anything but I have been ? satisfied with my treatment and interactions. They have gone above and beyond in the Parkersburg office for me on multiple occasions.”

“Made a reservation for 7pm on Monday evening, thinking I had a bad ankle sprain. The desk staff were so kind and helpful and I was seen by 7:15. PA Brooke Johnson was wonderful and so very nice - an excellent bedside manner and was sympathetic when telling me my ankle was broken. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions . X-Ray staff also very good. If ever urgent care is needed again, I will not hesitate to use Penn LGH, for me or my family.”
“I went to my yearly mammogram today and Karol was my technician and she was fantastic, she saw that I had markers from my breast cancer in 2021 and she wanted to get one of them that was on the border of the frame so she tried to get as much as possible without causing me any unnecessary pain, I’ve got to say I thought Karol was the most gentle person to ever preform a mammogram on me in my life ? and she is very caring and her personality makes for a very comforting procedure to be performed.”
