Had an issue with my cell& employees, especially Mitchell,were very patient & thorough until they figured out issue & rectified it. The employees at Parkesburg T mobile have great attidudes& are fantastic!

Stopped in today after the Thorndale location gave us false information saying we couldn’t add another line to our family plan. The crew here went above and beyond getting us set up, the process was effortless. I can’t say enough about the difference in knowledge and customer service at this location. This is the only store I will deal with from here on out. Thanks guys!!

Ricky (RJ) is so sweet! We were there for 3 hours because it took a while to transfer data to our new phones, and Ricky was super friendly while we were waiting. Matter of fact, the other guys working there were also very friendly (one was named Roman and the other was named Nate) but I definitely recommend going to this location ❤️

Came in to the store with alot of questions and needed to change my carrier these two gentlemen Roman RJ were amazing they helped me with everything I got a new phone and I got internet set up in my home these to have the best personality they are in there right field for job wise thank you

T-Mobile stores apparently do not offer their customers in-store Customer Service, so that's an automatic bad review from me. Basic service would be great, thanks.

My phone kept cutting out. Would not read the sim card. Taking it out and putting it back in is not an option. Took it to the store and they put a new sim card in. So far so good. GREAT SERVICE

R.J. and Roman are great! Hooked me and my family up with four new iPhone 15s. Very polite and respectful, took the time to crunch all the numbers so we could make the best decision possible. Such a delightful experience, so glad we decided to come to this store!

I called their helpline to cancel my service. They were NOT helpful. They asked for my name, location and last 4. They wanted a code to access my account. I am 70 and never had to use that so I didn't remember it. I was told to go to a T-Mobile store which I was not able to do as I had contracted food poisoning and have been sick for 4.5 weeks. At this time I am still going through the recovery process. So instead of cancelling the account T-Mobile continues to add charges. I would NEVER use T-Mobile again. This is NOT the first time I had an issue with them. There should be an option to enter 0 stars or negative stars.

We came in and was there for 3 hours...all we wanted to know was how much a down payment would be to start a plan with TMobile switching for ATT...well I asked THREE separate times how much would it be as I did not want to switch until I knew how much I was paying for!! Instead they switched my number over, THEN said it would be $1200 for a down payment where ATT said it would be $80 to upgrade my phone and another $60 for a new phone. So we had to go the next day to corporate store and get everything fixed. The corporate store even said this store gets many complaints. Please go to Exton TMobile and the Exton AT&T corporate stores, they know exactly what they are doing and won't screw you over!

This store is amazing. The guys that work there are so kind and respectful. They treated my daughter and myself with respect and kindness and did everything they could to make sure everything was good and working before we left the store. Even when we went back with questions they were patient and kind and always smiling. I will be telling everyone to go to this store and to switch to T mobile.
