Barbra was very helpful tonight when we came back to buy our outdoor swing. She went to the backroom, loaded onto the pallet herself and even helped us lift it into our truck.

bought some tool kits and other items from this store. The cashiers are always very nice and helpful if you are looking for a particular item they will call someone to help or they will help you find it. Never had any problem’s here.

After months of researching, debating, and thinking, I finally decided to purchase a Bad Boy Zero Turn Mower. I placed my order online to take advantage of a discount on the 2024 model. Two days later, I received a call from a friendly voice at Tractor Supply in Parkesburg. It was Barbara, and she immediately set the tone for an outstanding customer service experience.
My third-party driver had arrived to pick up the mower, but there was an issue. Barbara started it up, but it kept shutting down. She checked the gas and oil, but the problem persisted. Instead of brushing it off or making it my problem, she took the time to call me, explain the situation, and offer a solution. She asked if I would be open to taking the 2025 model instead, as long as it matched the specs of the one I had originally ordered. After confirming the details, I gladly accepted.
We live in a time where kindness, patience, and genuine communication are often overlooked. Barbara went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, and she has no idea how much that meant to me. I am truly grateful for her thoughtfulness and professionalism.
If you are considering a purchase from Tractor Supply in Parkesburg, I highly recommend this location. Barbara and the team truly care about their customers, and that level of service is rare to find.

I ordered several items for pick up. My items were ready upon arrival. Staff took time to answer my questions, about the products purchased. On this visit, and former visits the staff is helpful, and knowledgeable about products available and product use.
