Extremely shady business and totally unprofessional. Someone was chain smoking when I entered and then pocketed my cash and gave me change from her own pocket. Don't recommend.

Not a typical Professional U-haul place. Very rude customer Service. After asking bunch of questions does not offer services. Do not rent from this location. Worst Service.

All pickup steps through the website made it complex at the beginning, but finally good. One point is that I reserved 3 weeks in advance the truck I needed in one dealer but only the day before I was called to confirm the truck was available in other dealer, 18 miles away from the original.
