“Where do I start? I’m from Pittsburgh and have a 2012 Ford F-150 with 82,00 miles. My wife and I were driving to Newtown Square to visit family when my water pump exploded on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. I had it towed to a Ford dealership up the street and they refused to work on it because it was older than 6 years old and they never serviced it before! I called and James said they could take a look at it, but weren’t sure if they would be able to fix anything due to it being Saturday. They looked at it and diagnosed the problem, said they had all of the parts and would be able to fix it before they closed. I was very happy that I would be able to get home to say the least. The guys were great and did a great job on my truck! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants to be taken care of! I will be bringing them my business from now on!”

“I recently took my 2022 F-150 Lightning to Badell’s, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Finding an EV-certified shop is not easy, and unlike Caliber Collision—who isn’t EV certified—Badell’s had the proper training, tools, and knowledge to handle my Lightning the right way.

“Very impressive & friendly service. I had 2 cars in for inspection etc expecting one to be completed before delivering the 2nd one. C&J were waiting for tires to be delivered so 1st car was not ready for pickup. C&J ordered an Uber to pick me up, bring me their place of business & provided me with a loaner car. Way more than expected, & delivered with a smile. (BTW - their work was good too!). Highly recommended.”
“Had two vehicles scheduled for emissions/inspection on 12-22-25. One vehicle needed brake pads and rotors, the other one didn’t need anything. Housers always calls with recommendations for any issue found and before they work on it. Both vehicles were done by 1pm. Housers is the only place I take my vehicles. Fair prices, great employees and never had an issue. Would recommend them to anyone.”
“Took my wife’s 2020 Honda Pilot for inspection and oil change a few weeks ago, and today visited New Executive Auto Repair for new front and back brake pads. Ali is by far one of the nicest and genuine individuals I’ve ever encountered in my life. He takes tremendous pride in his work, knows his customers by name. “I just want to give a shout out to Mike Muller, sales rep, at Loughead. I randomly inquired about selling my Rogue to Loughead. Mike helped coordinate the sale and was very easy to communicate with. When they had an offer ready, he contacted me right away and from there, always answered my questions quickly. When I was there, I was upfront that I wasn’t currently buying a new car and neither he or the GM pushed to try to sell me a car. I had expected to be haggled a little to try to convince me to buy just because it’s something that is generally expected from dealerships. But they didn’t and it was a very easy and smooth experience! I felt that they offered a very fair price for my Rogue especially compared to offers from other dealerships and companies like CarMax and Carvana.
Their service department is also very nice. I had been getting my car serviced there since 2022 when we moved to the area. My only knock for the service department is that they don’t report service to CarFax which can affect trade in value down the line if other dealerships use CarFax information to value the car.”

“Our Volkswagen stopped working. Several mechanics recommended we reach out to Euromotive (which I think says something when other mechanics respect the work done by this company). Euromotive quickly identified the issue and promptly fixed it. They saved us so much time and money, when other non-euro car mechanics had wrongly diagnosed the problem and had suggested significantly more expensive repairs (that ultimately would not have fixed the problem). “Great shop the only issue is that they use enterprise for rentals i had a extremely bad experience with enterprise falsely accusing me of stealing their car when the whole time they had the vehicle i had to call the cops to show the video on my phone proving i already left their vehicle with them on their property where they park all of the cars plus i know other people that's gone through worse i ask that if possible can caliber collision consider using another rental company”

“Got my tire presser sensor fixed. Brad picked me up when he heard I was gonna walk back for my car. Great service to the point where they are so busy because of it. I heard they were open at 7am but people showed up at 6:30am to drop off their car. I showed up at 7:15 and was almost last in line. They do first come first serve recommend showing up early or just waiting till later.”
