I waited over 10 minutes because of online orders and it was a little busy. And, they forgot my fries; so, I paid $5 for two plain hot dogs & four quarter-sized chicken nuggets. I tried to call the store at the phone number on the receipts/website; but, it is not in service.

The staff are so nice giving kids stickers I got some for my own and they were really cute the food is just chef's kiss my favorite is the hoagies probabl they also sell random stuff all the time though and my favorite drink there is probably their Starbucks have a good time sheets

I was just at Sheetz and neither one of the food items that I ordered were correct. I was the only one in there getting food. Maybe if the people that were preparing the food did less talking to each other the order would of been correct.

The grilled chicken in the burritos, would be great if they were actually cooked and not little rubber like pieces.

Me and my wife just got two steak salads got home. And there was barely any steak or cheese or fries on our salads. Both workers were making fun of people very loudly and was very unprofessional. We decided to call the store to try to get things fixed and we both didn’t get a answer after calling few times.

I was the only person in line for the made to order food and I waited 15 minutes for two hot dogs and the entire time I apparently, they were sitting on the counter but nobody called out my order they just set them there and walked away. I did not see them set them there and walk away I only knew it was mine because she called out my number after I waited 15 minutes and picked up the bag and put a sticker on it with my number.

I love being able to have my app on my phone and paying that way makes it so easy. I have noticed some are clearer then others but I believe they most all are not as bad as others.
