Today, getting a receipt for a postage-paid return at UPS is easy. However, I still like to get my receipt even when postage is paid, just so I can track the return's arrival.

Don't waste your time and money here. The employees have no idea what they are doing, and the manager had no interest in resolving my issue. She was very rude, and it was an overall negative experience. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store.

Witnessed UPS employee Maria Calderon harassing and yelling at a group of young workers in a sheetz, from what i overheard she was unhappy with the bathroom. I suggest having a talk with her as she was wearing her uniform at the time and she was driving her truck which I can only assume means she was actively on the clock. Maria Calderon and her disgusting behavior reflects poorly on UPS and should be dealt with.

The staff here, the Manager Priya, and the new ownership are really great and friendly people! They are VERY helpful, I'd even go as far as they go above and beyond. I really don't know why people would go out of their way to give this place a bad review( although I could speculate), because its definitely not warranted. Im a regular in here, several times a week and never have i had any issues. Keep up the excellent job!!!
