I have now used The Upright Door company on two separate occasions. Unfortunately both were semi emergencies with one being a garage door that jumped the track and other where a spring broke on a door that is used quite often. Both times they came out right away and fixed the issues in under an hour. They were very friendly, didn't screw around and charged what I believe to be a very reasonable amount for the work that was performed. I could not be more pleased with thair service and highly recommend them for your garage door needs!

Best experience I've ever had with a company. They do excellent work. They treat your home like theirs and yes I was treated like family. They are professional, they are trust worthy, they are personable, and people of faith. They are so passionate about what they do and it shows in their work. Very respectable staff from the office to the job site. I am so proud of my new door and thankful for the new relationships that came with it. I highly recommend them.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. I called Upright first thing Monday morning and they had my garage door repaired by noon on Monday. They were great to deal with over the phone to set up the appointment. The technician that they sent was very professional, neat and efficient. Lastly, they sent me a bill digitally and I was able to pay on line in no time. I've been a home owner for over 40 years and have numerous experiences with garage door companies. This was my best experience yet and I would recommend them to anyone. Great job!!!
