CALL 1st! We were there at 12:15pm today, 10/28/23 and the "manager" (she said but wouldn't give her name) would NOT take our package. She said she " I have too many packages as it is and they are in my way". She told us to "come back on Monday". Not good....

Just tried to leave a FedEx box after driving 30 minutes, and they can’t take any more packages. Super irritating!!!! Zero effort to even try and help. Never mind that it is a 50 pound box that I’m lugging around. Why have a drop off location, if they only have so much capacity. Not my problem, umm no, but it is! Will not use FedEx if I can help it!
