I did a lot of homework, shopping around, & it brought me here. I was happy to see a familiar face when I walked in. I wasn't swarmed by salesmen or pressured into anything, very laid back experience. They had me in & out very very fast. This was unlike any other car buying experience I ever had. I will come back here again if need be and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful new ride. There is no junk on the lot at all. Between the reputation, the friendly outgoing service, and willingness to help however they can, this place is at the top of my list for amazing dealerships!!!! Thanks again for everything Shawn!!!!!!!!! Oh btw they never asked once for me to even leave a review!!! I truly appreciate the fact that there was no pressure

I cannot rave enough about our experience at Reagle. Shawn P helped us with our new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited purchase. The entire process was the quickest and most efficient time I have ever had at a car dealership. Shawn worked with us so we could get the most money for our trade in, and got our payment right where we needed it to be. There wasn't talk to this person then that person. It was one person from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and they even had someone walk out to the vehicle to help me pair my phone and answer any feature questions we had. They detailed the SUV while we signed the paperwork and made it a note to mention that if anything at all was missed to stop back down and they would make sure it was taken care of. Hands down amazing experience that I will be happy to tell my friends about. It is nice that we have a local dealership that you can tell cares about the residents of the Slate Belt. Thanks again Shawn! You Rock!

Brought my grand cherokee there for not shifting properly...they said the wiring inside the trans had a problem and it would be cheaper to replace the trans...I went for it....when i got the jeep back($2700 later) the 4 wheel drive no longer worked.....now they want to charge to investigate something they broke....and then charge to repair it....the also charged $700 to change a cooling fan that was fine..it just needed a relay...I do not recommend taking your vehicle there for even an oil change..

I have purchased a Jeep this week from Reagle and I cannot be more satisfied with the excellent customer service this dealership provides. The purchasing experience was very smooth and I appreciate how they follow up with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied. It means so much when you know that they are genuinely concerned that you are happy with the vehicle you purchased. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle.

This review is the service department. I called around 11am to get a state inspection done on the last day mine was still good. They got me in and got it done by the end of the day. 5 stars. Everyone was polite and friendly. My vehicle was returned to me in the same condition I dropped it off. Highly recommend.

Jason and his crew did an awesome job on my jeep. He did a diagnostic on the transmission checking the pressures. He gave an option of repair or replace. Replace was more, but it made sense to get the new transmission.

I had dotta install gears in my jeep gladiator and they failed in 1500 miles after months of lying to me trying to get them to correct this issue all they kept telling me was they dont hear nothing grinding at one point the sales manager even sent me a text telling me my truck was currently on the lift being worked on when in fact i was sitting behind my truck in there parking lot getting his text message. So after 3 weeks of nothing being done and them giving me my truck back i get an carfax email from another garage saying they fixed my truck, so there incompetent mechanics couldnt fix my truck they sent it to another garage. I called up the other garage and took my truck there and it turns out when DOTTA installed my gears the area was not properly cleaned and ruined every bearing in my front and rear differential. This so far has cost me almost $4000.00 to repair there poor workmanship ! I AM REALLY CONSIDERING HIRING A LAWYER TO GET MY MONEY BACK !

This is my third jeep from Dotta. My experience seems to be getting better and better each time and it was amazing to start with. No nonsense and no haggling. A couple of phone calls and I was in my new Wrangler. I’m 58 and have had my share of Vehicles. Dotta BY FAR is the best!
