I believe the nail technicians name was Henry. He was out of this world amazing! I had a really bad experience at another salon and had to get a refill after 7 days. He went above and beyond. He was kind, courteous and gentle wirh me and my hands. He did such a beautiful job shaping and filing. His french tips were so gorgeous! Hes super talented. He oiled my cuticles and gave me a hand rub. It was a lovely and relaxing experience all together! Thank you JNails for great work!

the lady who did my nails was really sweet and she did good with the length and everything i asked for. i did get nicked with the drill quite a bit. she asked if i was sensitive and then went to the next nail and actually drew blood with the drill.

Happy with my experience. Nail tech Jeni was super sweet and friendly. She was very accommodating to taking me in on a busy day. Love the results of my fill in and cat eye nails design. Prices are fair and reasonable.

I have been going to J nails since I was younger with my mom. They have always been so patience and nice. They were willing to try any new nail design no matter hoe hard it may be. They never have over charged and I have never had a problem with them. I would total recommend here to anyone, they are very friendly. I always enjoy my experience.

I've been going here for over 6 years now. I occasionally get my nails done but I mostly come here for eyebrow waxing. They do an awesome job! Very friendly staff!

Worst worst worst customer service ever. No sense in signing up on the list cause they take whoever they want. They did a good job on my daughter and nieces nails but the bad service isn't worth it. Would rather run to wind gap and get treated right. On top of the bad service they need to get an air purifier as well. Smells like straight chemicals in there.

Very disappointed!!! Went in for a fill and white tip and the older tech named "LeLe" gave me possibly the worst nail experience I have ever had. She could not shape a good edge or paint a straight tip. Worse than that she edged my nail so much that I need a fill to fix this fill. To add insult to injury they charged me over 45 for a FILL AND CROOKED TIPS!
