“At first I did not have the best experience here. Things were unorganized and communication was not great. However the owner James had heard me and has made me and my daughter a priority when it comes to my daughter’s medicine. He rectified the situation and continues to keep his word that we would not have to worry anymore in regards to having her medicine on time and if there was anything that could delay it he will notify me prior to make sure we can find another alternative. I respect him and his business and am happy I stood with them. Communication and understanding is key and they do work very hard to rectify any situation that makes customers feel they are not getting that. That speaks.”

A huge benefit is the "Pill Packs" -- they prepare 4 weeks worth of medications and supplements and twice daily my in-laws just have to open a small blister pack containing their pills. “I had witnessed a situation maybe a few weeks back and I regret not saying anything at the time so I thought I would make a comment on here. Low and behold there is a review on here from the person involved in the situation.
I believe they left the review under a “Melissa” however it was a young man involved. Maybe 20ish? He was SO disrespectful to the workers. Cursing at them and mocking them like he was 8 years old. If my grandchildren acted like that towards anyone… well I’ll spare you the details to avoid getting my review removed… but there would be strong consequences.
They have had the same lunch break time for how long now? I don’t think it’s that difficult to plan your pharmacy visit before or after. They were nothing but patient and professional with the kid (more than I could say for myself if I had been in their shoes after his behavior).
Then I see who I am assuming was the manager come and ring him up after they already asked him to come back after 2 and after he had been so rude. It was no way to support your workers, that’s for sure. Too worried about bowing down to the customer I guess. A customer that you should have escorted out with a “don’t let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya”.
I have never had a bad experience involving service at this pharmacy. Maybe it is because I don’t have a sense of entitlement like some of these complainers on here. But who knows!”

“I love this Walgreens! The staff is always friendly and willing to help out with what the customers are asking about. I usually don’t shop within the store itself but I use the pharmacy as it’s very convenient to me. Teagan, the only pharmacist there now, has always been super helpful and kind. If I am on an antibiotic, she always makes sure that she answers any questions that I may have.
When I was pretty sick in the beginning of the year (the flu; February 2025) the other pharmacist said that one of my maintenance meds was on back order - their warehouse didn’t have it - for 3 weeks. When I’d mentioned this to Teagan, she told me to have a seat (I was wearing a mask) and about 5 to 8 minutes later, she told me that the medication wasn’t really on back order and to give her about 48 hours to get the medication. 36 hours later, my medication arrived and I was able to pick it up.
The pharmacy staff are far more professional and kinder than most of the other pharmacies in the area.”

“The store is always extremely clean ever since they opened years ago. I can always find what I am looking for, and if I can't there is always an associate nearby to ask. My last visit, the cashier gave me a $4 coupon at the register since I purchased greeting cards. I would rather shop here, which is out of the way on my ride home, than other well-know drug store that is down the road from my house.”
