This location is great. The posted hours on Google is not correct. This PNC closes at 1pm on Saturdays, not 3pm.

As a Senior and a widow I am so grateful to have found this bank. Cedric Bembry has been incredibly helpful and clear. He has guided me well through many difficult transfers and questions. Following his expert advice I am confident that I have made sound decisions for now and for the future.I always feel as though I am treated personally as well as professionally. There is rarely a wait and it is a comfortable atmosphere.

Never ever come here again!!!! Be careful people! I came here for 4 times because it is closed to my job, the first time I came to withdrawal money and it was nothing happen, but the second and third time I hit the same banker who count the money and both time is missing $100!!! I just so confused and wonder that I counted wrong?...? But NO! The 4 times I came again and tried to count money before I went out and YES.. Still missing $100 with the same banker! I give it back to him and he just said "sorry about that" that it! I don't want to make a big problem but it is 3 times which cannot accepted! Last two time I missing $200 total, and it my fall because I was too rush and don't count it inside the bank. So Please! watch out guys! always remember to count money before you step out the dooor!!!

Update: Moved to a local regional bank. No fee, no minimum interest bearing checking account with free checks. Great customer service and the remember your name. PNC was once a great bank. Have been a customer for almost 20 years with both personal and business accounts. Last year they decided to no longer honor their free personal checking accounts and implemented a $7/mo. I go to close my account after drawing it down to under a dollar and they tell me I must pay the $7 fee to close my account. VP Mr Baines says they won't close my account unless balance is paid off. Shopping around for a new business bank immediately. So long PNC!!!

PNC now charges a 2% fee to cash a personal check if you personally don't have an account. This is a new policy. I was going to open an account but I cannot get on board with this policy. Sad, little customer service issues like this keep potential clients at bay. Whether I cashed this check or the person who wrote it cashed it, it would cost the bank the same in 5 minutes of service.

In my humble opinion, this bank has the best customer service of any PNC from Philly to Wayne. Yes they can "attack" you, but I've always been treated very well with a smile on every visit. Most o the times the tellers are even willing to fill out a deposit slip or other form for you so you can sign. Very awesome! I hate being in the drive through and having the teller shoot me back a blank slip to fill out. Two things to improve on, one is fixable the other not so much. One, hours are rough, I can hardly find time to get into this place because I am a teacher who also coaches all three seasons. Secondly, the parking and drive through are a little tight to maneuver. But I don't see them moving locations any time soon so let's hope for expanded hours if nothing else! On a side note, didn't notice a Kuereg machine in the store, but I wasn't looking for one and last time I was in was a little less than a year ago. Soooo... Let's hope someone else fills in that mystery.
