During a short road trip from NYC to Washington DC, my car unexpectedly displayed a check engine light. Luckily, we stumbled upon Advance Auto Parts in Penndel, PA, where we decided to utilize their OBD2 reader to diagnose the issue. The staff at this location were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. I highly recommend this Advance Auto Parts for their outstanding service and support.

Worst customer service i ever face. I went to the store to buy headlights for my Honda CRV. The associate was helping me was very nice. Because i had 20% discount coupon I placed order online while i was in the store for pick up. Person who was helping me he told me headlights coming with 1 year defective warranty and 5 years manufacturing warranty. Which mean if headlights stop working i can stop by in any advance auto parts store and get new one without any questions. But I placed a order online for pick in the store manager start getting rude with me and cross 1 year warranty with pen on my slip and told me that i only get 1 year warranty if I’m making purchase in store only not online. I told him the other person was helping me i will get 1 year defective warranty either i buy in a store or online. Manger Bob told me in rude tone that he is new just listen what i am telling you and didn’t allow me to talk. I called customer care to confirm that. Because that was unacceptable how they have 2 different policy for store purchase and online purchase. When manager saw me I called customer care to verify he walked out from the store and told me if I don’t want i can return the product in very rude behavior. When customer care lady called in the store to understand why they are giving me wrong information. The person who picked the call. He start shouting on me and told me to go out of the store. Store manager Bob and person who picked customer care call was racist and rude. They don’t know how to talk with client. I will never visit this store and will not recommend anyone.

They sold me an expired battery. I did not realize it and had to get my car towed and my mechanic put in a new battery. When I went to return the old battery they stated they can only exchange it. Not using this store again. Sold me a defective expired item and would not refund. Horrible customer service

Fabulous customer service. The gentleman that waited on me went above and beyond to help me find wiper blades for my car. He called a competitor to check their inventory, found a coupon for me, and even put on my wiper blades. A plus service!!
