“I can definitely say I love the way that your store displays the pants and other items. The staff is very efficient. On the not so good side I know for certain my items are worth more and I am disappointed in little amount I received, as I know my denim jackets with original tags new are worth much more. Yet I only received $47 for my higher priced items. Since my friend took me to your store, I decided to rid myself of the burden and even donated the remainder of my belongings. I did not feel the respect that I deserved for my time and gas and l sense that you you made you made out big in the end. So I could really use the $100! My time is more valuable then you priced it. I did not even get a Merry Xmas. I guess that as well. I gave 5 stars for the potential of your stores, not for the fairness. I worked in public for years, and I am excellent when it comes to the content and fairness of service. I did not get what I've given over the years. The customer service though professional, lacks in true respects and human kindness. So please higher people who really love working with the public. I have lived a life beyond the world they come from and customer service is everything!!!! In other words, your store is great, the value, and value of people need some work! Snobs belong in Beverly hills and silicone valley, talented people like me don't have to be fake snobs! Oh, and Merry Xmas ?? the best customer you ever had, Mark F”

“Recommended to go here after original store did not carry kid’s suits. There is a decent selection for kids in all sizes and the sets are so reasonably priced, you’ll be back for more if you need them. I would recommend for others. The pictured full suit set was a total of $55.”

“We lost my mom and her wish for the funeral was for everyone to wear bright colors. Knowing I had nothing warm and brightly colored (it was in November and very cold), I dragged myself out to 25 South and the surrounding DW boutiques to try to find something that would fulfill her final wish despite being barely functioning. The kindness I was met with by Jamie that day is something I will never forget. He was understanding, helpful and gentle with my husband and I as we were still processing our grief. As someone who also works in sales, I can say from experience that his genuine kindness and warmth is something that you don’t find much these days. As a result, I will always have good things to say about the DW boutiques and particularly their employee Jamie. Go see him and he will take very good care of you-”

“I always have a good experience with my local Old Navy. I recently ran in to return an online order that didn't fit right. Jerome helped me out. He was pleasant and quickly processed my return. Store is clean and organized. As a plus size woman, Old Navy is my favorite store for leggings and jeans! The leggings are so super soft and last forever.”

“Juan was incredibly helpful today! I visited the Guess store at Philadelphia mills while shopping for an outfit for a wedding party. I haven’t shopped in store in years and he immediately made me feel comfortable and made the experience a breeze. He was patient when I was unsure and offered his professional opinion when needed. He escorted me to the changing room while carrying my clothes and made sure if I needed anything after trying my clothes on to let him know. Needless to say everything fit perfectly and thanks to him I was in and out and dressed to impress in no time. This level of professionalism isn’t often found in retail and he far exceeded my expectations.”
