  I love this store. My granddaughter is very tall and thin and she can always find a lot of beautiful clothes here. I give this a 10 star . Want to shop here you want shop anywhere else for your boys and girls. They also have a real nice adult section too.

  This is such a tasteless H&M.
  I was followed my entire visit tonight by a young woman with glasses and a tight bun who was loudly swearing and talking about the outfit she wore while she got pregnant, all at the front register with another lady. This happened while two customers were in line.
  Then when I moved to the dressing rooms, she was lifting her shirt just right under her chest repeatedly while pacing back and forth, still following us.
  Upon checking out, the individual who was walking around, swearing up and down very loudly talking about her dramatic personal life to the cashier, was doing nothing productive while the cashier told the already working girl to finish pricing clothes.
  
  It's pretty clear that there's a gossiping group of girls with a very obvious issue of favoritism who run this place and leave the quiet one to do all the work. An older woman with glasses and curly red hair, which I am pretty sure is the manager, did not do anything at all about this entire situation.
  
  I won't be returning to say the least. These ladies have a lot of growing up to do.

  Staff here needs to get it together. Multiple employees walking around doing not much.
  Speaking loudly and unprofessional. Someone asked for a dressing room the employees told them they had to wait ( just so they can finish the conversation they were having not work related )
  Friday around 5ishh- Not greeted when I came in nor when I left.
  Options for clothing is always great. Store was clean.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior, including rudeness, negative attitudes, and even speaking poorly about a previous customer in my presence. Their responses to my inquiries were dismissive, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing them by simply asking for assistance. I urge corporate to investigate this location and address these concerning issues lots of customers have (read reviews) to improve the overall customer experience.

  The H&M location needs to retrain the male employee who was working on 6/13 at 7:30 PM. He lacks the necessary people skills and should not be interacting with customers. Additionally, he was talking down about the customers in the showroom.

  It's extremely inconvenient when the store says it is opened and actually it is not. When u relying on it, rush to the store hoping you can get whatever u need, and they are still closed in the morning

  When I went to H&M there was a high Verity of kids cloths to 3t to 3t 9yo ti 14yo to 16yo and the adult clothes is also very nice if you happen to bring your husband friend or a male Etc then the first floor is for them and if you have a little girl or a little boy go to the or 0 to 2T there's also a woman section with shoes accessories Etc I) hope this comment helps)?

  Such a great store the only hm near me that’s clean and organized !!!The store manger is great she always is so helpful and the other male manager is always ready to help me find what I’m looking for and see if other store has an item such great service !

  VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! It is the third time I have visited the store AND “THE MANAGER” and the other employees are not professional, they are rude and make anyone feel uncomfortable, especially the guy with the glasses who I think is the manager… half an hour before closing I tried to enter I went to the dressing room for the second time to measure ONE Piece because I took the wrong size and they told me no, it was closed so I had to return the things I had. SEPARATELY they were announcing to finish what they were doing that it was almost going to close, and they entered the hallways of the dressing room talking and he told the others “I have this” and he began to talk that they were almost going to close and he spoke with arrogance and hypocrisy.. THEY HAVE BEAUTIFUL THINGS but I prefer to buy online or go to another location than to go to this one that are so unprofessional that it is shameful and embarrassing that they treat customers like this... IT IS A SHAME that people who do not value their give them positions or simply let people work who do not have the essence, dedication, vocation and charisma to treat people.I hope that the superior of the managers of this store sees the reviews... That man with glasses, ufff, what bad service, he is very ignorant and rude and influences the other employees to be the same with customers. THIS STORE SERIOUSLY HAS A MANAGER LIKE THIS? I hope they can change their staff very soon, especially the Manager if he is the MAN WITH THE GLASSES. The quality and very beautiful clothes but with that staff they give a very bad image to the store. THEY NEED RADICAL CHANGES!!!

  Unfortunately we don't have another h&m nearby, so i have to go to that mall sometimes.Very poor selection of clothes especially kids department .And ah the stuff always with an attitude. Most of the time it feels like customers are a bother w them

  The store manager with the glasses, was rude and unprofessional. It was 15 mins before closing and I made a quick return and was about to another make a quick purchase. I asked him when do you close and he was very rude and stated the store closes NOW and kept repeating it and that he didn’t have any staff. Even though he confirmed the set hours were to 8pm and I just made a return at the register with an associate. What is the point of set hours , if the store manager closes whenever he feels. Very unprofessional and I don’t recommend shopping at the location.
