About Penn's Creek Pit Stop
Based on the reviews, Penn's Creek Pit Stop is a great place for subs, smoothies, and a delicious western burger at reasonable prices. The gas is cheaper than most places. The staff is always friendly and warm, with one nice employee offering a new smoothie and sanitizer after a spill. The service is clean and great. However, the manager is rude and not a pleasant person to interact with, while other employees are very polite.

The lady i believe is the manager is rude and not a pleasant person to interact with. The other employees are very polite. If she is like that with them everyone of them deserves a raise.

Me and my little sister stopped in to get a smoothie. She dropped her smoothie and had only a little in the cup. I wanted to thank the nice employee who helped us clean it up and then even offered her a new one! And some sanitizer for my sticky hands. Now that’s great customer service! 😊
