The owner is a certified jewelry making instructor, professionally trained in Europe's finest precious metal-working institutes, and they have a GIA Certified Gemologist on staff to offer accurate appraisals. Kristina Is amazing! She helped repair multiple pieces of jewelry for me including a vintage ring, and helped me design my engagement ring! She was so nice every time my husband and I went in.
