I made an appointment to file my taxes with Deb. I was originally quoted $195-225, which sounds reasonable because I do not own a business and my taxes as simplistic as it gets. To my surprise, she did not uphold to her quote and charged me $418. I was very upset about this and asked her to honor her quote. It was like pulling teeth to get her to respond about getting my money back. After numerous emails were sent with no responses, I went into the business requesting my money back which then she told me I needed an appointment to basically be handed a check LOL and that she would “get in touch with me” (She never did.) . FINALLY, I got an appointment. She did give me back my money, but let me know that I was flagged as a customer for not giving her documentation for NEXT YEARS tax return. As if I would want her to do my taxes again. I would not recommend H&R Block to anymore.

My mom came here for the last 10 years after she moved in with me and my family. Debbie gave her such great service and attention. Even during the last years, they came out to the car to serve my mom. Why on earth would anyone give this location one star? They've been nothing but nice, found money my mom could use. Perfect tax place... I'd like to say (not my nature) but taxes prepared with a smile. Why go anywhere else???
