We were so excited to see the same woman working here as she did back in the late 90's when we attended Penn College! The fact that we remember her should indicate how often we came here back then, and she even made us an older blizzard recipe upon our request that hadn't been on the menu for decades!! We also ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait with extra fudge and it was amazing! This stop made the whole trip memorable as we were traveling from out of town. So glad to see the mall is still hanging on, and let's hope it can continue to survive. Just a weekly trip to the DQ from everyone may give it a chance, and you'll always find something window shopping while eating your blizzard...

as I rated another dairy Queen I will also rate this one I could go with a really high score but since their prices are going up and their menu keeps changing I'm not quite as satisfied

I went to this dairy queen with one my buddies and it was one of the worst experiences in customer service. We just asked a simple question about one of their slushies and was responded with a snide remark and talking to us as if we were incompetent and wasting their time. Do not expect any nice platitudes with this dairy queen and make sure you do not ask any questions or be prepared for nasty remarks.

I'd put this lower than a star if i could. The lady working there was extremely rude. I asked what the misty slushie was and she said "well it's a slushie" very condescending. And i asked what flavors there were and saying in the same way "they're right below it" which i did not see and gave me a very rude look the whole time. Then it wasn't even a slushie just a large juice. She was the rudest person i ever dealt with in customer service.

Everytime I come here the person working is very nice. I got a Reece's blizzard. It was very good. She flipped it over like they always do and was fine. If you are in the area of the mall and want some ice cream. I recommend this place.

We stopped to get ice cream while at the mall. We have never been to a DQ, so we decided to give it a try. I had the strawberry cheesecake. That was pretty good. My wife had the recess cup. She said hers was pretty rich and didn’t eat all of it. I tasted it and thought it was good.

A staple stop when walking around the mall with my kids! They have a kids/mini size which is perfect for a small treat.

Just ate here. Couldn't make a simple blizzard correctly. When asked to correct it they refused to fix it. Just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. Then said can I help you with anything else with attitude.
