“It’s rare to get what you pay for these days, even rarer to get more than that. At least that’s how my wife and I felt after choosing Caliber Collision in Chalfont for a relatively minor bumper repair. They treated my wife so nice and made the process so easy. Not only was the repair done expertly, but the car was sparkling clean inside and out when we picked it up. A few days later we noticed that they also reattached the knob to the front passenger seat’s electric controls. It came off a couple of year ago and we hadn’t been able to fix it. That small thing really tells me a lot about this shop. I strongly recommend them for your auto body repair work. You will not be disappointed.”

“I’ve shopped at a handful of dealerships in the area and none have been better than this one. They’re one of the few left that keep the old values of a dealership. Where they don’t just see you as another dollar sign unlike others. The sales team, which I deal with Jason and Bob. Is completely honest with you about every step of the vehicle purchase process without hiding fees or adding backend product without telling you. Karma, the finance woman is always fun to sit down with. They also have some of the lowest doc fees and prep which is always nice with how costs have only gone up everywhere else. Scott in parts greets you right away either with a hello or a joke. On top of making sure to help with any parts for your vehicle you may need. Then Andy and Dan in service are some of the most knowledgeable I’ve met especially when it comes to the European and Ducati bikes specifically. “I remember going there in the early 80s to scavenge parts with my friend who loved in Ottsville. We got lots of 70s Mopar trim pieces that are worth a fortune today.On Saturday mornings we would scrounge through Friday night wrecks at the front of the yard. Lots of times they had dried blood and bandages all over the front seats.”
