Due to Rite Aid in Perkasie closing prescriptions have been transferred to CVS. I will be changing Pharmacies as soon as possible as this is the most incompetent and rude staff I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with.
When I showed up to pickup my prescription I noticed the price was wrong, I asked them to double check as clearly it was not running through both insurances. The eye rolling and lack of professionalism of them telling me “well it is” was ridiculous. After arguing with this group for 40 minutes and being brushed off I finally gave up and just decided to take my business elsewhere.
When I made it home I called my insurance to see if the prescription was ran through them and Guess what! It wasn’t.
Long story short If you had your prescriptions transferred from rite aid you should look to have it sent elsewhere.
It makes complete sense why this CVS only has 3 stars and I assume it’ll go lower as anyone who was transferred over has to deal with this underwhelming and unprofessional staff.

Why does it take 20 minutes to go thru the drive thru to pick up a script?! Only one car ahead of me. I would just go inside but it is difficult getting 2 kids in and out of the car to wait in line in the store.

This is an excellent store. Besides being clean and well-stocked their staff is well-trained, motivated, positive, pleasant, professional, and very good at what they do.

On 2/14 my doctor sent a prescription for Tamiflu as I tested positive. Text from cvs said it was out of stock but they would have for me soon. 4 days later, I get the text that it's ready. Common knowledge Tamiflu has to be taken with 48 hours. How does the pharmacy not let the patient know that it will be 4 days??? My doctor would've sent the script to another pharmacy. I am currently still sick in bed 7 days after something that might have been avoided. If I survive, I will never use another CVS

Pharmacy hrs say open til 8PM during the week. Get to the store and they're closed down shortly after 7PM

I am give this location a three star rating only because the customer service was good, however the prices are very high and I recommend shopping elsewhere unless only CVS has what you want or you need a prescription.

They suck at calling you for your prescriptions when ready. Must be nice to do a job and get paid to be lazy there drive thu service sucks you wait freaking longer than going inside and the don't answer there phone stay away.......

You never have any medicines in stock. Than they expect you to wait 5 days for pain medicine when you are in serious pain. They also are always out of stock on surgical pads. I thought this was a pharmacy. Guess not.

The clerk was very kind, and thoughtful. Always goes above and beyond, what is expected of her.Very nice to see this , especially in a young person.

This is my go-to CVS to shop, and I've never had a problem. It's always pretty clean and I always find what I'm looking for. Never any issues with coupons. I love self checkout. Employees have always seemed nice to me!I did come here last night to get vaccinated (with an appointment). Despite the pharmacy looking swamped, it did not take that long at all. The guy who did my vaccine was super friendly, very fast, and it did not hurt! I think my receipt said his name was Dong Hun (shout out to him). I know all pharmacies deal with so many issues regularly between national med shortages, staffing, and angry customers... appreciate yall! I know it's not easy! ?

The store can be a little sloppy in there, I'm not sure, they are probably understaffed.
The pharmacy people are the best
Super polite.
Drive through goes slow sometimes.
I like this place.
Good vibes.
Good staff.
