“Very nice, polite and helpful. Went to 2 previous post offices, one on Horsham Rd and the other on Markley St. they were unbelievably rude and wouldn’t even let me make an appt for a passport renewal. Those people are just lazy. The one was excellent on Doylestown rd awesome.”
“I have my appointment there, I was so nervous to get my family passports , Amy was so nice with me , she helped me in every single step, so much details explained.
If you need help with the passport photos they can help you too. Very easy .
. I’m so thankful with her .”
“Just had the best experience here! Denise and Lenny are top notch in knowledge and kindness. I will now drive 15 minutes out of my way to this location for any postal needs. Bravo and thank you both!”

“Woman who works there is always courteous and informative on different options for mailing different items.
Not the closest USPS for me , but my go to one because of service.”
“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

“Went to this post office reluctantly this morning g after seeing all the bad reviews. Anyway wow was I pleasantly surprised. They have a different employee working now and he was great. We had a nice conversation and I wanted to share this excellent experience.”
“Great service after I spoke with one of them about being more accurate in placing mail in the correct mailbox. She listened and been doing a great job. Do appreciate it. Stay safe and best of luck.”

“I really don't understand any of the negative reviews about this post office. I've been going here for over a decade and the staff are some of the friendliest of any post office that I've ever been to. From my experience, the people who seem to be frustrated are the ones that aren't educated with the mailing system in one way or another. They don't know how to label their packages, they don't understand each of the services, they complain about pricing, they have no concept on how long a package will take to get to its destination or they have the patience of a fifth grader. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with respect, everything has been efficient as far as process and any questions I've had were were answered in a timely manner.”
“THANK YOU Joshanae for taking care of my passport application! You were very professional and knowledgeable while carefully explaining everything to me as a 1st time applicant. May God continue to bless the work of your hands! Mr. Gordon.”
“I actually enjoy visiting the post office, entirely because of the people there. Everyone there is friendly, even when we don't deserve it. (I should know, I take their time with more stupid questions than most folks.) Really great people. And, as one of them once said on prices, if you've got another way to get a piece of paper across the country for less than a dollar, let me know.”
