The carriers are nice and friendly. However, since i moved to perkasie, i have gone to the actual post office twice. Both times were terrible. The guy with braided hair that works there is just ignorant. Today i went to send something out he came from the back having a personal conversation on his phone. I said hello and he didnt even acknowledge it. He just continued to keep talking and rang me up, and when he gave my change it was incorrect as well. I had my 2 year old daughter with me too. Worse experience ever, don’t think ill be goint back there.

I actually enjoy visiting the post office, entirely because of the people there. Everyone there is friendly, even when we don't deserve it. (I should know, I take their time with more stupid questions than most folks.) Really great people. And, as one of them once said on prices, if you've got another way to get a piece of paper across the country for less than a dollar, let me know.

I think my mail carrier changed. I keep getting mail for other addresses and wonder how much of my mail is going to someone else. Phone is an 800 number with a 40+ min hold time. No way to reach post office in Perkasie by phone. Frustrating.

Took the post office over three weeks to complete my request to change the locks on my new mailbox and provide me with keys after I paid them and submitted the form. Went into the office on five different occasions asking when it would be completed and the man that worked there kept giving excuses for not getting it done and giving me new dates for when he would do it. In the meantime I had several important pieces of mail returned to sender.

The laziest postal workers I’ve ever interacted with. Just got a delivery attempt slip for my package saying they couldn’t get anyone to sign for the package. The thing is, I’ve been working from home all day, right in front of the door, and I watched them pull up to the mailbox, put the slip inside and drive off without even attempting to come to the door to get my signature. Now my delivery is late and I have to go to the physical post office to pick up my package. Pure laziness

Perkasie is the absolute worst of any post office I've dealt with!! First if you're a female, prepared to get hit on even after saying no thank you and this is multiple times on many different days by one counter person.. Second, the mail carriers absolutely refuse to put the right mail in the house mailboxes even after telling them multiple times over that we are getting the wrong mail.

Some guy just opened my package in front of my autistic child in the post office. Tried to give me some kinda stupid issue about it being copied music when it’s a music box. lol and told my son I couldn’t get mailed out . plus he shouldn’t be opening peoples packages? time 9:30am

Might be the worst post office in PA. You couldn't stitch the whole staff together and make one competent person out of them.

I use the Perkasie post office often and it’s always a pleasant experience. Even during the busy season my transactions are processed quickly. The staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable.

It’s been over 5 weeks and we still can’t get the correct key to our mailbox!! Perkasie post office replaced our key 3 times! STILL DOES NOT WORK!!Forget trying to get a hold of a live person, it rings for a few then ends call on you!!THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT I CANT GET MY MAIL!!Perkasie post office.. YOU SUCK!!

I can never get in touch with this facility when I call over the telephone. We went on vacation and both years we asked that our mail not be delivered and it was delivered anyway.Also, packages always don’t get delivered. It states that we wanted the package to be held when that wasn’t the case at all.

instead of ever attempting to deliver anything, they put a USPS note in your mailbox that says \\\"Sorry we missed you.\\\" I work from home buddy, I'm literally always here, you're just lazy.
