“Doctor holland is the greatest vet! She is so kind and compassionate and very knowledgeable. My cat Gray boy absolutely loves her!!! She could literally do no wrong with him. He just laid there. He was just so happy she was able to do his nails and do his full checkup and even take a look at his stomach, which he normally bites and goes crazy. But no, he absolutely loved her! She's like the miss rachel for cats ?? he was though sad that he had to go home. If it was up to him, he probably would have hung out with her for the entire afternoon. Her prices are extremely fair!!! My previous vet told me that Gray boy is overweight and needed this special pricey diet food. After Dr. Holland saw him, she said absolutely not. This was not, in fact, the case...”
“Chicken . . . yes, I took one of our pet chickens we just couldn't seem to help. Dr. Phillips took me in the same day, was pleasant, explained what she was seeing, and helped me make treatment decisions. In the end, I was a bit shocked at the bill . . . and wanted to pay more (odd thing to say, right?). She has a great staff and team too.
I'm just shocked it took me decades to drive past their practice before giving them a shot. This is my new vet practice for our menagerie of animals.”

“Dr Tamas is the best hidden gem I’ve ever encountered. I’ve trusted 7 or 8 pets in her care, and that’s not easy to do. My pets are my family and I’m incredibly particular about the care they receive. I’m also incredible particular about vet care costs. I know how much things are upcharged at a lot of vets, but you’ll never see that here. Her staff is also incredible and efficient. We’ve had the pleasure of knowing great techs through Dr Tamas.
Dr Tamas is the epitome of what a proper veterinarian should be and we love her to the ends of the earth.”

are fantastic. I come with my 14+ yo Miniature Pinscher (Lucy) for Holistic Healing as her kidneys make it difficult to treat her with traditional medications. Dr MacDonald is an experienced doctor with compassion and understanding. Dr. MacDonald and his team have been able to provide effective care for Lucy through holistic methods. I drive 45min - 1h for appointments and it is well worth it!
If you are skeptical with acupuncture/ acupressure/chiropractic practices, my dog is a walking prove that it works. I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital, its doctors, plus all staff.

“I recently took my toy cockapoo, Winston, to New Britain Veterinary Clinic for an emergency visit. Dr Bandakar and her staff were wonderful. They gave my pup a thorough exam, treated him with caring hands and voices, and calmed my fears. The doctor did some tests and prescribed medication which helped my little one feel better. “Unfortunately I had to say my goodbyes (my see you soon) to my precious boxer yesterday. Everyone there was so nice and patient with my baby and myself. They sure made such a hard decision as easy as possible for her and for me. They made her so happy with treats and talking to her making her comfortable with them touching her. I never left her side for one second, they worked around me. I was never asked to move aside, in fact the one girl said “ you stay with her I can squeeze in small spaces “ after I asked if she needed me to move. I highly recommend them, so sweet and they don’t take you for everything you own. May God bless each and everyone that I came in contact with there yesterday. I thank you all so much from the bottom of my broken heart for all you did for me and my sweet girl. I miss her so much already. ??”

“I have been taking my cats here for a few years. I rescued a stray and brought to a vet that wasn’t caring or helpful with the rescue. I made an appointment at just for cats. They took him right away. Examined him, tested for FIV. Took the time to go over adapting a stray to a new home with other cats. They go over pricing before they do anything . I feel the prices are reasonable. You don’t wait long. Everyone is kind, and they love the cats in there.”

“I recently moved about 25 minutes away from this vet and decided to take my senior cat there based on excellent reviews. It's a busy practice with multiple vets but I never felt rushed. My cats appointment was with Dr. Pauling, who was excellent. He took his time and explained things and I left feeling like my cat will be well cared for in this practice.”
“I have had many cats in my life. All of them have been patients of MVC for almost 40 years. I should have done this review sooner. Dr. Kathy Jamison is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate-with my cats and me too. I have adopted many cats from there and she and her staff always help me find the cat meant for me and my household. Like any great doctor, sometimes it is hard to get an appointment, and you wait your turn the day of. But unequivocally, it is well worth the wait, and all her clientele-humans and animals know this. At the same time, If I think it is an emergency, she will fit me in the same day, even if it means staying after hours. She won't make decisions for me but always has all the ins and outs of treatments to help me. I NEVER feel pressured or shamed into anything. It is painful to lose an animal and Dr. Jamison and her staff have cried with me when it happens. We love MVC, Dr. Jamison and all her staff.”
