“This is one of my favorite stores in the area! The clothing is unique and high quality, the makeup selection is beautiful and wears well. There are also many different kinds of accessories and trinkets that are fun and interesting. Items rotate frequently so there's always something new to look at.
Liz makes sure to make you feel welcome and comfortable, even offering a helpful opinion while trying on clothes, helping to find the correct sizes, and suggesting different ways to style the clothes to make you feel the most confident!”
“It's always been easy to find the things you're looking for in this location, but I really appreciate what they've done in reconfiguring the checkout area to prioritize self-checkout while still having sufficient staffed registers and accessible customer service. I've also used this location for both Amazon pickups and returns and they make both procedures very convenient and easy.”

“My experience at Lonelli’s Closet was one you simply can’t get at a big box retailer or chain. And certainly not one you can get from shopping online. “Was here for almost 2 hours trying to find my bra soulmate. After countless attempts and failures, I finally found the one. The perfect fit. Amber brought it to me as if it was nothing, but I can safely say my relationship with bras has been changed forever. Throughout those tedious and painful hours, never once did her attitude change. “There were 3 staff members standing in a circle just talking to one another, not acknowledging the customers. The woman working the register was really nice and asked if I found everything, when I told her there were a few more things I could use, she instantly helped me and made the experience good.”
“My only go to store that I frequent in the 3D. Mostly all other purchases other than essentials are purchased online. The price is almost always right and I usually find what I'm looking for without a problem. The store is nicely laid out and for the most part the employees are courteous and helpful. There's been a few times I was not impressed by the people at the counter but they don't seem to be there any longer. The only complaint I have is that it's always hot in there. They should get the air conditioning fixed and have it on when it's necessary.”
