“I have always been happy with the fact that kohl's had been looking out for all of those people who had it with online and malls the few past years you kohl's have been there for everyone ! Most of all the woman in the customer service doing returns was awesome she tolk time to help me out and I was able to get full price put back on my credit card after all even though it was a few months back I had bought it but my recipe was so light that it was hard to see what was needed but it all worked out well because of Nari I would like to say THANK YOU AGAIN FOR TAKING CARE OF ME AND MY RETURN YOUR AWESOME NARI!!!!”

“This is by far the neatest and most organized Kohl's in Upper Bucksand the Lehigh Valley. The managers are doing a phenomenal job with their staff. There are never long lines, and customer service is always easily accessible and helpful. Fortunate enough to live nearby, but if I didn't, I would still go the distance to shop at this Kohl's over any other.”

“My only go to store that I frequent in the 3D. Mostly all other purchases other than essentials are purchased online. The price is almost always right and I usually find what I'm looking for without a problem. The store is nicely laid out and for the most part the employees are courteous and helpful. There's been a few times I was not impressed by the people at the counter but they don't seem to be there any longer. The only complaint I have is that it's always hot in there. They should get the air conditioning fixed and have it on when it's necessary.”

“I love this particular Macy's since they closed my local one at Plymouth Meeting. I'm not a fan of Montgomery Mall, but this Macy's has everything I'm interested in. It also has a Last Act, and fairly good sized Men's Department, and very helpful staff. On my last shopping experience, I was delighted with the sales help, who helped me navigate the sometimes confusing sales and discounts and rewards program. How patient she was. And such a great discount in the end. Kudos to management for running such a great store.”
“These women were amazing! They went over the return policy with me and I did need to return a few things so I stopped in the next day. She remembered me from the day before and was super quick with the returns even though they were pretty busy with logging clothes they had just gotten in. I even scored a north face that looks brand new in a beautiful sage green color they don't make anymore. Definitely coming back for clothes when the spring hits!”
