“Giving 5 stars for getting me into the shop but correcting YOUR body shop mistake has been a nightmare after you got your money from my claim. After missing my appointment to correct this error (which was on your part & I was beyond kind when others wouldn’t) I called after not once but THREE times to remake the appointment. The front desk staff told me I’d get a call back (never did) & not sure why a manager would need to call me back and not just proceed to make me another appointment! When I initially picked up my vehicle & pointed this out the woman at the desk on left when you walk in was nice about the error & ensured they’d fix it also very well aware that I wasn’t just gonna continue to drive my car with THIS on it, you have made ZERO attempt to reach me to fix this error you guaranteed me you would!”

“I wasn't sure what to expect in calling Butchko Brothers, but, in the past, calling garages can be tricky. People either are short and rude, or not helpful. BUT - the man who answered the phone was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. I was just calling to inquire about what to do about a wrecked car situation, and he walked me through all the possible options. Very calmly, not patronizing, or dismissive - and it was so refreshing! We ended up selling them the car, and the ladies handling the paperwork were super helpful; even took the time to explain why towing costs what it does - transparent, and even with the busy holiday season, able to help us out. I HIGHLY recommend Butchko Brothers whenever you are faced with a need for car parts or salvage.”
“I took my 2011 Ford Excursion to Andy Lowry Auto for several issues. The front AC would stop on its own. It had no AC in the rear. The rear brakes & rotors needed replaced.Andy only had my vehicle for a few days ( parts had to be ordered ) Picked it up Sat . August 20th 2022. Everything is working great !!
