The epitome of poor customer service and even poorer employee training. I spent an hour at this office today trying to ship a package to Germany and had to leave before I was able to complete the shipment. I was redirected to the end of the line twice, the second of which was due to the clerk requesting I write all the information on the box. This was after she redirected me to the end of the line to fill out an SLI. Why she didn't tell me to also write the information on the box at this time... I don't know. While waiting I witnessed 4 other customers leave unhappy and empty handed after waiting for 30 minuets or more. Shippers: Save yourself time and headache and ship FedEx, UPS, or at least go to a different USPS location. USPS: Give your employees the tools they need to perform their job correctly and efficiently. Failing to provide these tools is unfair to the employees and causes your organization to loose revenue.

Very upset with an employee there. Simply went to get something post marked and she had the audacity to fat shame my 6 month old baby. She not only called my child overweight but continued to criticize that I fed him baby foods too early and ask what his pediatrician thinks about his weight. I do not recall it being part of post office employees job description to fat shame infants and judge my parenting skills.

Rudest post office I have ever been in! Luckily I'm moving to the main line so won't have to deal with them any longer. You ring the bell and wait ages for service, they speak to you like they are above you and they never have any priority shipping boxes.

If I did not have a P. O. Box here for over 25 years, I would never go in here. Used to love this post office with the old staff two years ago, unfortunately they retired. The new folks are very rude, not knowledgeable and disrespectful. Do not waste your time at this post office! They know nothing about shipping internationally, cost me a return shipment which was over several hundred dollars, they claim they did nothing wrong. They failed to notify me of our business P. O. Box payment due, got only a late notice and told to pay a late fee of "22.00" BOGUS! I have never had an issue with a late payment until now. Do yourself a favor and avoid them, hopefully they will hire folks who know what they are doing.

Every time I go to this location there is only one person working. The younger women who works there is great, very helpful and friendly but it would but nice if she had someone there to help out. Long lines and long wait times, and if you are behind someone who is getting a passport, then, you will be there for a long time.

The worst excuse of a post office I have ever gone to. They lost 75% of my packages I've sent through this center. The employees obviously steal any packages you drop off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT IS NEEDED

If you do a change of address expect to hear every excuse of why your mail is still being delivered! The staff is rude on the phone and they just don't seem to care. I later did a change of address and I still get mail at the old address months later...called looking for a package and was told I could pick it up at the post office!! Really? Went there and no package, so tomorrow I will waste some more of my time looking for my mail

The office workers are so kind but it doesn't make up for the fact that I went in here (a passport facility) for a scheduled appt. and filled out all the required papers to renew my passport based on what the staff told me. Turns out she had me do the WRONG paperwork and she submitted it incorrectly. Now I have to pay the $200 fees again to do on my own what she should have done. Mind you I waited very patiently while this took almost an hour as she had other customers. The appointment is to ensure everything is done correctly! The nice personality doesn't give back my $200 unfortunately.

Staff is Hit or Miss, but usually more helpful, and want to help you get your item to the right place on time. The scale is usually broken, but they will weigh it at the counter. Free parking is a definite plus, thank you postmaster for this! Wish they had longer Wed or Saturday hours.

I posted a negative review of Manayunk post office and it was removed in a day! Inappropriate to remove it and apparently the information about their lack of commitment to customer service and rudeness at the window is correct.

This little gem of a Post Office on Main St. Manayunk used to be my fav place to do postal/mailing business! Now, it is a bit of a nightmare. Since the 2 steady workers retired, they have not fully staffed this place, so twice now in 2 weeks, I have arrived at odd hours of the afternoon (1:30pm and 3:15 pm on different days) and the POST OFFICE WINDOW IS CLOSED! for 30 minutes so that staff can take a lunch break! Whaaaat???? Unheard of in my 30+ years of doing business here! Poor staffing, inconvenient, and probably illegal as the sign states the weekday postal hours are until 4:30pm....and no mention of "oh, we have to close at random unannounced times to have a lunch break". Please, someone from USPS...get enough staff there at Manayunk so this doesn't become any worse than it is currently!!

Location is convenient on Main Street and it's great they have their own parking lot for customers. If it weren't for the parking garage, I wouldn't come here as getting a space on Main Street would be difficult. When I first started coming here, there were two employees that were very helpful and pleasant. Lately the person who's been working the counters is lazy and rude. Please bring back the hardworking employees who cared about giving people good customer service.

This location is up there with the one in East Falls. It has horrible customer service, terrible deliveries and god forbid anyone waits on you when you go there! I am so sick of having packages and mail delivered to my office that don't belong here but in the mail boxes!!! I am not the postal woman, this is not my job. Lazy and there really is only one good woman who works for your company that delivers in Manayunk. It shows too, she works harder than any of the others and actually delivers the mail where its supposed to go!!! I am so glad i do not live in this god awful city anymore.
